Won’t setup

Fails to connect. Apple Bluetooth connects to it just fine. Nonfunctional.

Crash

Android app keeps crashing and cannot get into iOS version with my email and password. Ripped off, again, by another euro trash crap outfit.!🤔

Really

I don't know which is worse, your product or service. Bottom line; they're both really bad.

Annoyed

Doesn't sinc on iPhone 6, continues to say loading resulting in me shutting down my phone. Then I get a message "network unavailable" app totally stinks, they really need to fix this app for iPhone as it's useless.

App won't sync

None of the stats interact with the iPhone's Health app.
The first few occasions that I used the app, it synchronized with my Zefit with no issues. Since about day 3, it seems to sync but shows no info in the app and constantly gives an error message of "network unavailable". I have tried on wi-fi and 3G and I have repeatedly restarted by phone and switched my Bluetooth off and on. It's rather disappointing that the official app for a device is so useless. You're better off writing down your stats on a piece of paper.
