Doesn’t matter because we don’t have a choice in HoA fees but this app is simply the worst
Unusable
Just redirects me to download a different app then tells me my password is invalid any attempt to reset password just loops back to tell me to reset password again. Completely useless app.

This app works perfect. Makes payment so much easier. I recommend this to everyone.

The app consistently has buttons below the bottom of the screen that are impossibly to navigate to, rendering payment and other features on the app effectively useless.

Login screen is horrible
This app is so glitchy. When you try to login it screen bounces up and down with each character you enter into the text box. Furthermore, try to sign in with Google or your Apple ID and it won’t let you it just fails every time. The rest of the app is ok, just logging in is a nightmare.
Landlords, please don’t use this app.
This app has a terrible (and I mean TERRIBLE) user interface, constantly signs people out (me and anyone else who uses this app have to sign in every time we open the app), and has a terrible payment system. It just screams “sketchy app that will steal my bank info and money.” And honestly, it does steal my money with its crazy high fees, especially if you need to make a payment with a credit or debit card. Every single month I pay $5-$10 extra just for “platform fees” and over months and months - it adds up. Add to the fact that this app is a pain to use, just please, please, PLEASE, don’t use this app for your tenants. You’re probably already screwing us over in every other way, you don’t need to add anything else.

Continue bar goes missing
I tried talking with customer support but they told me I need to just pay online. There’s nowhere to report a big anywhere on the app as far as I can tell.

Not very translucent to where my payments my $ balance is that I owe.

Really messed up app!
I can’t get to anyplace I can change my rent amount manually or autopay. I touch on anything expecting a screen to come open so I can choose what to do and nothing happens. It just shows that my autopay was made, well it’s for the wrong amount! It wanted me to upgrade to Zego Living..HA! What a joke! It shows the place I lived in another city 5 years ago and I never used this for that place then! Then I click on download ,for the new update for Zego Living, and this swinging pendulum comes on the screen and it flashes that I can’t make a payment?! What’s going on with this app?! It’s just easier to take a check to the landlord myself and I’m disabled! This app needs to be fixed by someone who knows what they’re doing!

The app is okay from time to time the only good thing was there free payment method now that the app took it away and have to pay a fee to pay my rent is ridiculous started looking for apartments that don’t use this scamming app
Waste of Memory
I genuinely have no idea how this app can run this poorly when the website for this application is far more efficient than this. I’m genuinely confused as to why there is any issue logging into my account when all of the same information works perfectly on their website. It’s beyond frustrating to be offered something out of convenience solely for it to be more inconvenient as you attempt to do the exact opposite. There needs to be some major form of overhaul when it comes to this application, and I’m amazed that these bugs, inconsistencies, or issues have not been addressed yet.

Continue button goes missing
It used to work, or I’d go in and out a couple times and could get it to work. I have an iPhone XR if that context helps. I go into make a payment and before I enter the amount I want to pay the continue button is at the bottom of the screen, but after I type in how much to pay it disappears. It used to either disappear or it would move further down the screen but at least I could still see half of it to press it. Lately I haven’t been able to use the app cause it won’t appear at all. Also on the app it will not allow me to put in two payments on the same day. My partner and I split rent 50/50 so just for ease we put both bank accounts in and I put both through same day. Before it would warn me I’ve made a similar payment already, which is nice to know, but now it just won’t let me do two at on on the app same day.

Fix this app
This app is by far the worst app I've ever used. Please revise it and make it better. Right now it won't let me log in keep getting fail/error message. I always struggle and have difficulty getting a payment through on this app. Needs to be fixed asap.
Please revise app layout.
Please revise the app layout to account for the Dynamic Island at the top of the newer iPhones as well as the bar at the bottom of the screen, the current layout is blocking the message that appears at the top of the screen & prevents the ability to click on the dollar sign on the bottom of the screen.

Similar to other comments, this app is a pain to make payments with. I set up autopay a long time ago so I don’t have to deal with it often, but on the occurrences where I have to go in and make a payment manually, most of the time you can’t move forward after you enter an amount because the “continue” button disappears. So if you’re not able to set up autopay and have to regularly do your payments manually, you’re going to have a horrible time with this app. Most annoying payment service I’ve ever used.

Doesn’t work
I’ve read that a few people are having the same issue. Not being able to submit the payment or getting error messages. This is a huge inconvenience. This app needs to be fixed asap
