Terrible App
This app is horrible. I can’t log in anymore, even though it’s been months since I’ve signed up. I’ve tried to login only to find that my password doesn’t work for some reason. I tried going through the whole forgot my password thing, changing my password multiple times and it still doesn’t work. No response from the team either and I’ve ordered two pairs of shoes that I haven’t received a single bit of communication for. What’s going on????

App not working
I used the app to apply to the beta program. I was accepted shortly after. The app prompted me to select a shoe. I chose the shoe I wanted and entered my basic information(payment info and address). Then the app prompted me to place my order. It never asked me what my shoe size was and I couldn’t find anywhere to scan my foot. The app still allowed me to place my order without that information. After the order was placed, I was logged out. The app won’t let me log back in. I even reset my password and still no luck. My credit card statement has a pending charge for $360. I don’t know what to do now…

The app wants you to pay $350 to become a “beta” tester. Whatever that means.
Disappointing Miss on Expectations
As a 3D printing enthusiast who has built over eight printers from scratch and loves designing and printing, as well as a runner, I was really excited about Zellerfeld and the prospect of a custom printed shoe. I signed up for the Beta thinking that the testers would be printing their own shoes and waited almost three months to be notified I was accepted. I logged in with anticipation only to find that there were two shoe options that cost $270 and $350…to purchase. I’m not sure how this is a beta program as this is about three times what I would spend on a pair of shoes for a marathon. I guess it’s a test of using an app to buy custom made shoes and I was mislead by my love of 3D printing and false expectations. I’d love to try some, I’d love to print some, but having never worn a 3D printed shoe and the investment required, I guess this beta is not for me.
