Stuck on Opening Screen
Held NFTs on here for years. after most recent update, only a static screen that says the Zelus wallet will be deleted from the store?

the app stays stuck on the recovery phrase screen.
Can’t log in
So the app was working perfectly fine up until recently, now whenever I log on it automatically takes me to the recovery phrase page and will not let me leave the page or anything. There is no button for me that says “ok got it” only a “copy” button so I can’t leave the page and it’s like that every time I start up the app so I’m basically locked out of my NTF’s

So simple for non-crypto people
I didn’t know much about crypto, but the Zelus Wallet made it easy for me to get a free NFT from one of my favorite brands. Making an account was easy and made sense, they didn’t use weird crypto jargon. Would recommend to anyone wanting to learn more about the space.
Worthless
I’ve downloaded it multiple time only to have it not open the app. Every time I try to open the app it immediately closes the app.

Confused
I downloaded the app. Then I received a text message about an offer so I clicked the link and it opened the digital wallet and I clicked on claim offer after that the window closed to my main screen on my iPhone. I clicked on the app to open the app and the same thing happens it just goes back to my Homs screen on my phone so I can’t do anything at all but I keep receiving texts from the app.

Super clean and easy to use
Very easy to set up and the UI is intuitive and easy to use. Regular updates showing that the app is well supported and continuing to grow. Looking forward to more easy to get NFT’s.
Not able to send an nft
I’ve got one nft in this wallet as a test. But now I can’t send it to my main wallet. Always says network issue try again later. Been days doing this.
Does not work
The app does nothing but crash every time I try to open it. My operating system is compatible according to the information supplied by the developer. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I’ve powered my phone down and back up. Nothing has worked; the app is useless.

The UX with both front end and back of box bits of Zelus are top notch for web2 or web3. The UI is user friendly and powerful. Updates are making this one of my daily apps!
Unparalleled
Wallet took less than 90 seconds to set up and is much more user-friendly user flow than MetaMask. Love the dynamic NFT capabilities too. One of the top wallets I’ve used and looking forward to new functionality as it rolls out. Will be tough to beat at that point.

I had been getting ads for Zelus for a while now but I have too many wallets. Then finally I gave in because of the NFTs I saw in the adverts this last time and I love them. I have 3 so far and am going to try for all 9 or more if there are more. It’s so hard to keep up with this web3 space but I love collecting things so let’s see where this takes us

Fails to load on IOS
I bought some NFT and it don’t have a send button so I can send it to My wallet
App doesn’t work
At first I had purchased 4 NFTs and they show up in my new wallet just fine. Until later I checked by, I get this error and NFTs will not show up at all. I reported this issue to support. They rollout the fix for this. But the next issue is the 5th NFT I bought not showing up. Gave me a different error. Reported this as well, still not working….

Faking there reviews
I personally know a user who gave this application a one star rating because every time they try to open the application on their android it crashed they were never given a response in the review is not present here so that means this company is faking the reviews

User friendly and pretty to look at
Easy to use and access than other wallet apps. Works seamlessly. I like that NFTs are shown separately from crypto net worth. I also enjoy the color palette
