Not functioning

I’ve bought every addon to the game and now I can’t buy upgrades for the marbles. I’ve been playing for a few days and the ad based upgrades after buying the no ads don’t work for the full time and just disappear in the middle. I also requested a refund as the game is unplayable now as I cannot upgrade after prestiging.

Progress stagnates pretty quickly and the marbles are hard to tap and kinda greedy

Good game but it says it’s idle but it’s not you don’t get rewards why you aren’t playing

There is a problem

I love the game the marbles customization ops and cards BUT there seems to be a data retention problem because the last time I played I had 1.5B saving up for the final track piece I come back today I see only 10M after watching ad after ad I still haven’t gotten back what I lost please fix this issue ASAP
