Great Ballys/Williams tables and it is fun but why is nudging not gyroscopic?? Seems such an obvious thing to do and one of the other Zen titles has this. Definitely not enough time to move your hand halfway up the iPad to swipe and playing in your phone is too tiny.

I want to love this game. Unfortunately, I frequently run into a bug where it will stop everything at the end of a game and nothing I do will get the victory screen to trigger. I’ve tried pausing/unpausing, saving and leaving and going back in, nada. This last time I was playing How to Train Your Dragon and as a last resort, I saved, quit, and exited the app. Upon restarting, the game was gone and I lost a three-star victory. I was very sad because it took me awhile to finally get that one. But otherwise, the game really is a blast when it works correctly.

Worth every cent of apple arcade
Truly underrated game. It’s old school, retro, and modern all at the same time. I love the collabs and great machines. I WISH FOR MOREE!!
8-Ball Deluxe from Williams coming?
Love all of these tables. Great pinball action and with the added graphics makes this as fun as they were 50 years ago! Still playing! Thanks for all of these wonderful choices of games. Eight-Ball Deluxe would be SWEET!

Painful to look at, instant headache. First game (snoopy theme) after tutorial that hurt to look at froze on the final ball launch. Will delete and never return. Holy smokes, this is BAD.
Outdated but still decently fun
The physics in this game leave a lot to be desired compared to the pay-to-play version that the same studio developed and are constantly updating. Apple should hold these Apple Arcade apps to a higher standard than just allowing outdated games to be posted.

Like others have stated, there is a delay between pressing shift and the flippers responding. not always, but sometimes when this happens, the ball becomes glitchy and the appearance of the game seems to intermittently glitch.
Offline Error 80% of the Time - Zen Refuses to Fix It

WHAT A JOKE - The game repeatedly throws up a "YOU ARE OFFLINE - You need to go online to access the Event list" error 80% of the time despite being fully connected to the internet with a working Apple Arcade subscription. My account loads fine, my profile shows and II work from home online all day — but somehow I'm "offline." Right.
This is a server-side authentication failure on Zen's end, not a network issue, yet the game has the nerve to tell me I'm offline. I've done extensive troubleshooting including manually digging into Epic Online Services session files via Terminal — something no casual gamer should ever have to do just to play a tournament. I've been reporting this to Zen since 2024 and have received nothing but "we'll forward it to the developers." Well over a year later, nothing has changed. Zero care and no fix in sight. I pay for Apple Arcade specifically for this game and its tournaments. Nothing else. If I work from home for hours everyday online and my computer can load my account and my profile in the game — it's not offline. FIX YOUR SERVERS!

DONT PLAY
This is by far the biggest let down to my kid not passing the SAT. The delay is so bad on my brand new m5 MacBook Pro you can see the delay from when I press shift and then getting a response on the screen. I have no idea how this ever passed QA to be put on the market place it’s not even funny. Someone dropped the ball hard on this one. This needs to be address asap!

Excellent Digital Pinball Title!
Zen knows how to to make premium pinball games, a total blast to play. Highly recommended if you enjoy these tables.
Crashes & bugs
Love the game, but it does crash sometimes. Worth note that it hasn’t recognized my iPad as online in a good long while, which makes it impossible to compete in tournaments etc.

I’ve played for a while, and generally enjoy it. For the last month or so all of the events show zero score. The main draw of this game for me is the events. I’ve reached out to support, but haven’t gotten any resolution other than thanks for submitting a complaint.
It’s ok
It’s ok on my iPad but is absolutely terrible on my Apple TV with a controller. The flippers are not instantaneous. There is too much of a lag. My controller works just fine on other games on the TV.
