No good!
This app doesn't work on the iPad at all. Flashes an error code and says to call tech support. After sitting on hold forever, I deleted it.

Unusable
Keeps saying incorrect password on my iPad even though the keychain is filling the form! Finally just deleted the app from the iPad since it would never accept my password.

Interface is completely non-intuitive. App does not let me reset password, and when I do it through the browser, the app STILL says it's incorrect. Awful.

It needs to be overhauled from the user experience side. For example customers using the storefront feature have to look through pages of t-shirts to find the one they as each size and color has to be entered. No "select color" or "select size" available.
App Quits
We have it in our office for apparel purchases, and the app keeps unexpectedly quitting. It won't make it through a single purchase.
Solves ZERO problems
The existing face board web interface is better for checking members in. Most members pay online or for me, we are 100% cash so this is worthless.
What we need is an actual staff-focused POS app to enter in payments and memberships, that is a problem that needs a solution, like yesterday. Mind Body has offered this for 2 years while Zenplanner releases a membership app 2 years after it was needed, with missing functionality.
Please, create an app that we actually need: user friendly iPad based membership and retail payment management that saves service staff from the confusion of the actual zen planner backend.

Clean, simple, intuitive. Great first version that makes checking people in and retail easy! Really looking forward to the updates and increased functionality.
Zen planner kiosk
The kiosk has made life quite a bit easier. Signing people up and taking payment for drop ins has been much easier. Thank you zen planner for the update.
Half Baked
I am not quite sure what the problem is, but on a fairly new iPad text is displaying white on white backgrounds or in text boxes. Lite grey on white is a poor choice for UI. So much hype, so many things wrong. Really been trying to work with Zen Planners quirks over the past few months but this is not excusable.

Great Add!
Zen Planner has developed a kiosk app that allows our members to sign in and purchase membership/retail items. The app helps streamline the daily operation of our gym so we can spend more time training. The best part of Zen Planner's app is that is was developed by experts with input from current customers. Great job ZP!
