What got me hooked is the Zen token reward system. I mean, who would've thought you could earn crypto while finding your Zen? It adds this extra motivation that keeps me coming back for more.

A Blessing You Should Know About
Love the concept of the app and the Timer has been very useful for my daily meditation. I’m not too much a fan of the guided meditation, but love utilizing the timer. Great app overall and would suggest all to download
Word to the Wise
Be careful who you take meditative instruction from. While the app functions well, is aesthetically pleasing, etc, as an app that creates a sense of calm peace and assurance, users should be aware of who that “peace” is coming from.
The creator is just your typical power-hungry New Yorker working in investment banking who has expressed he wants to be a Jeffery Epstein just “without the sexual assaults” (multi-multi-millionaire and private island are a go), wants a son named David who he will raise to be the literal “messiah” (interpret that however you choose…), and wants to have multiple wives by the time he is of old age. Exactly who you’d hope would be designing your daily mediations!
Anyways, like I said, he is just your typical (seriously, not unique) power-hungry New Yorker who already comes from money (his grandparents owned a big company in a very lucrative industry) looking to make more by capitalizing on a practice he claims is sacred to him. He does have good taste in music, though, and will make you feel good about yourself (like most salespeople) until he takes it back. And he is right, hurt people most definitely hurt back.
