Zendo Time Ledger

Zendo is a personal time ledger for recording where your time goes, reviewing it by activity and value, and making informed decisions about how to allocate it. Each entry begins where the previous one ended. When you finish an activity, choose an end time, enter the activity, and classify the interval as Invest, Maintain, Recover, or Drain. This creates a continuous timeline without requiring you to start a timer in advance. If an interval is not ready to classify, save it for later and complete it when convenient. On macOS, Zendo shows the current unlogged duration in the menu bar. Log time from the menu bar popover or the dedicated Quick Log window, or use configurable global shortcuts to save the current interval and open Quick Log without switching to the main window. History presents each day's entries with their time range, duration, activity, and value category. Choose a date range, search activities and notes, or filter by activity, value category, and whether an entry still needs details. Statistics summarize how time is allocated over the selected period, including value breakdowns, trends, top activities, period comparisons, and activity-level changes by value category.
