App does not work
I had the Dashcam for about two years App worked fine for about 1 Year bought a another vehicle bought the same Dashcam Fenfox T3 installed download App to wife’s iPhone. It worked only once now it does not work at all. And now for some reason my App does not work on my other Dashcam anymore. App needs to be updated. Also you website FAQ doesn’t cover anything about troubleshooting on making WI-FI connection. Liked Dashcam it self but if App worked right I would give it a 4 star.

Black screen in app
I installed the Zenfox T3 3 channel camera system in my Acadia. The screen on the camera itself shows all three cameras at once, however the screen is too small to see much detail. I loaded the Zen fox application to my iPhone 12 to connect to the camera. I was able to set up the options that I wanted. However, the live view screen is always black. It does not matter whether I hard reset the phone, uninstall and reinstall the app, the screen is still black. After reading reviews it seems like this is a common problem and the company really needs to take this issue seriously. It’s too bad a really awesome camera system is not able to be utilized effectively because the app is broken.
