I want to love it....

I thought I found my go to colouring app. It has an affordable subscription. I love the outlining. I love that it's not paint by number, BUT My in progress pictures I click on the nearly complete page and it pops up either blank or there is one item coloured. I even took screenshots in case someone replies. I got tired of losing my work repeatedly.
