Zenkit is my favorite project planning app - both desktop, web and mobile. I am a Product Manager, and if I was to build a planning tool for my needs, Zenkit would be it.
Fantastic App
One of the best apps out there. Includes many many options in the free tier. Normally these options are locked behind paywalls in most popular apps. However the free tier here is very generous and the app works in all devices. Perfect!
Laggy and bad compression

Can’t even sign in to the app, not sure how we are expected to use a collaboration platform when the mobile app doesn’t work at all…

Bad Mobile Experience
The mobile products (specifically Base) receive virtually no dev upgrades. There are so many other better alternatives out there. They are also unwilling to work with long standing users with honoring previously applied discounts.
Update: Anton was finally able to resolve the billing issue, so thank you. I stand by the lack of development comment. I’m running the current iPadOS and iOS version.

Does everything I want
I have tried Evernote, Clickup, Notion, TickTick and all the rest. Zenkit does everything I want better than all these others. There are some features I would still love to have that either haven’t figured out or are not available. Overall though it is really good so far.

Просто для просмотра или закинуть новый таск по дороге, далеко от рабочего места - хорошо, мне важна возможность в любой момент зайти в приложение и что-то посмотреть или создать новую задачу, чтобы не забыть потом. Но пользоваться только мобильной версией ооочень неудобно, оно просто не оптимизировано. Я не хочу перечислять все функции которые бы хотела увидеть, думаю разработчик и сам в курсе как и что должно быть. Всё равно спасибо что приложение хотя бы существует и выполняет минимальные требования для работы😝

Need help
Did you make changes? I can no longer move items from "done" to "to do"...I can't delete items from a list. Adding anything is now a convoluted, multi-step process.

Horrible buggy set up not worth the app
As it says on the tin, the developer really needs to sort this out.
It doesn’t work
Now it doesn’t work. I cannot see the items in workplace when I select to see them as Calender31 … I’m completely lost !!

Needs 1 improvement for 5 stars
As a new user to PM apps, it does everything I need it to do…..My issue is the calendar view. It seems like it is stuck in “zoom in” mode, and I’ve been unable to view the whole month at once without scrolling up/down, left/right. As a visual person, that close up view doesn’t work for me all of the time. I need the option to zoom in & out.

Improvement
Everything is good. One thing I want is the formula field should have more power like using with if condition or calculate base on other fields type not only number
Great concept, needs improved execution
I’ve used this app on and off and been an on/off paying subscriber for years. I think the concept is great and really want to love the app (both phone and desktop apps I’m referring to), but find them slow and clunky.
Years later, the apps remain mostly the same. The *function* is great but the UX is sluggish, with lacking keyboard shortcuts (there are not enough). Because this is the case technology that the company wants to build with, they need to work on really improving the performance and usage of it before doing other products. Fire up Trello and Notion in browser tabs and Zenkit in the next tab. Use your arrow keys to navigate through your kanban cards - even just a simple operation as navigation with arrow keys will demonstrate the performance difference with its competitors.
There are some other issues with ux that involve too many taps and clicks, say to open a record and type a note, but some can be forgiven due to the flexible, generalised nature of the product.
I write because I really wish the issues were addressed. It’s a wonderful product but I find it unusable in daily life where I move fast from meeting to meeting on the go. So I move to other tools. I hope they can really focus and improve the core platform, before embarking on another product (hypernotes, another chat messenger, …) as it appears their newer products will benefit from any performance improvements they make too.

Bestes Projektmanagement-Tool, Made in Germany!
Ich bin von Zenkit wirklich begeistert. Es bietet für mich nahezu alle Funktionen, die ich für meine Firma benötige. Ich habe wirklich einige Tools getestet, aber bei keinem passte alles so gut wie bei Zenkit. Zudem ist es absolut datenschutzkonform, da es aus Deutschland kommt und auch dort gehostet wird. Perfekt was die DSGVO Bestimmungen angeht. Es macht einfach Spaß damit zu arbeiten, da an soviel sinnvolles Gedacht wurde (Stichwort „Mein Kalender“). Daumen hoch!

Great power expressed in such a simple interface
Ok, so the app is the Zettelkasten for the business - interconnected operations of your business. What I wish for the future - it's the revenue/reputation collection in the same manner. It will be useful for huge communities (like family or country). Why I'm calling family a huge community? Cause it's got an infinite story. Country got infinite amount of folks. So collecting reviews and earning and thanks in family is useful in time. Then it's obvious who contributed in what. For the country it will be a great social lift. So we will have a person who naturally will generate a pension to all his contributors(MLM tried to reflect this)
