Have been using ZenMate for a few years and really appreciate the ease of use and security, especially on public wifi in places like airports and restaurants. Access to worldwide locations is a huge plus. Thanks!
Doesn’t support Russia for vpn information access
- no updates for more than 8 months
- didn’t address huge amount of issues including: switching between locations without connection break, connect to the required country host without ping to the main server (seems the reason why it is so easy to block your vpn service in some of the countries
- didn’t think ahead or yet addressed Russian local website-ban-authority, although they’ve been talking about blocking vpns for over a year now
I’m not sure why I paid for over 3 years of subscription.

I hope it's temporary
Yes, paid subscription can't help you to beat Russian restrictions on Government level. So I hope this unavailability is temporary and ZenMate would rise from the ashes 😄 it was on of the highest speed VPN service, I loved it
Billed me for premium but doesn’t work
Tried the free trial and it was great. Paid for the yearly subscription and it billed me but keeps taking me to the enrolment page when I try and use it. When I go to request a refund from Apple it says I do not have an active subscription to ask for a refund
The best vpn ever.
It’s the best vpn ever. I’ve been using zenmate for about 3-4 year’s and it has provided me the best service out there. There were no connection issues nor any interruptions.
Unbearably slow
I recommend looking elsewhere for your VPN. They got me on the 40 month sign-up bonus, at first it worked kinda, still slow. Very soon after, it gradually began getting slower and slower. However it never really worked on servers from other countries, only auto-connect worked at all. Continually got slower, finally to the point where I couldn’t stand it and bought another VPN. No response from support either. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

It’s better than a few
I use it randomly, a little slow at times but it’s ok
Does not work properly on iPhone 12 Pro Max when using cellular data.
The phone will only work for about 30 minutes then stops connecting to the Internet when using cellular data. The only way to get it working is to either restart the phone or remove the app.
So easy and good bandwidth!
I have tried so many VPNs but ZenMate is by far the easiest to use. And it offers the greatest number of high bandwidth servers. Use this one for sure.
Great VPN
I don't have much experience with paid VPNs as this is my main and only one i use. But i can tell you that it's such a great value for the money especially if you get a good deal on a license.

One Week No Issues
I've had Zenmate Pro for about a week on my iPhone, web browsers, and PC. I haven't noticed a single difference in speed or latency. I'm very happy with my purchase thus far!
Totally useless in countries with censorship
I live in Iran, a country with heavy censorship of the internet and i need vpn to access the web freely. Unfortunately ZenMate app is not designed for accessing in countries with censored internet. Why? Because when i open the app in mi phone it doesn’t load the server list unless i connect another VPN and then the ZenMate app shows the server list. It’s ridiculous. If i have another working VPN why should I bother to use this one? 😐

Zenmate v.5 Terrific
I’m impressed with Zenmate’s many features, ease of use, and reliability. The streaming services are particularly useful. Version 5 is working well. This is a terrific and trustworthy service for maintaining anonymity online.
A VPN that does not Connect to any other virtual location
Unfortunately now that I connect the VPN, all the virtual locations are grayed out. Therefore I cannot select any other location to connect to. It used to be great, but now I’m disappointed. Now they can not even get right the "reset password" feature. I never receive the email. I would not true a "tech company" with these types of incompetence. I would like to get a refund.

iPhone X optimization finally!!
Thank goodness for iPhone X optimizations finally. Runs much faster now. There are still some bugs im encountering such as tapping on certain things in settings and the app will crash. I also see “Eversecure” and there is nothing explaining what that feature does before I enable it.
