Worst service ever
After ordering the medicine when in stock they are not able t deliver nor they go with the track update moreover all doctors are mental as though they took the doctor call but no clear communication rather one after other doctors are calling but no medicine are getting deliver. No use of ordering less price medicine when not gonna deliver on time rather extending it its worst than govt office.

Degraded UI interaction
Earlier zeno used to have a good UI experience. We used to get more good substitutes for the medicines along with drug compositions in cheaper rates when entered in search bar. But now the app hardly provides couple substitutes for the medicine on the app whereas the pharmacist still provide cheaper substitutes in the zeno pharmacy store. Please bring back the previous version of zeno app. The current one is the worst.
