No good
I have to use it for work, and it crashes constantly. Now I can’t even get into it! I delete and reinstall and nothing. I can’t even use it!
No app or browser is working
Can you plz ease fix the glitches? None of the apps or browsers functioning correctly. None of my coworkers or myself have been able to access tip reports from the current pay period for the last week.
Always glitching
I updated the app and it still doesn’t work right. Can’t switch to each tab without having to close the app to try to go from appointment to dashboard. I have an apple phone so it might have something to do with the programming not being able to catch up to the new apple updates. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and it still doesn’t work properly. It’s annoying because it is what the spa I work for uses so it’s really annoying. Please get a programmer who can get this app working properly.

Worst work app ever.
I’m a massage therapist and therefore have to use this app with the spa I work for, and let me just say it is HIGHLY unreliable! The updates always ruins appts for the clients. It is always crashing and therefore missing out on upgrades for the clients that suddenly disappeared off their appts. Always having to uninstall and reinstall and change passwords at random all the time. I miss Millennium Systems international! There was a reason that Millennium was used nationally by restaurants and Spas. Zenito sucks. BTW when the system upgrades, all your time off and breaks also tend to disappear! GET IT TOGETHER PROGRAMMERS!

Scrolling Options Don't Work
I'm trying to use the date picker and although I can scroll through a long range of dates, I can never actually pick any of the dates. It makes the app useless

Awful app. Zenoti is ancient. If I wasn’t forced by my franchise to use it, I’d trash it. It’s 2026 and they are stuck in 2005.
Hate is not a strong enough word
If this app wasn’t required by my job, I’d never open it. It constantly crashes. I have to CONSTANTLY log back in because it logs me out. Notes cannot be edited and you cannot use proper punctuation. For an app that does so little, it’s endlessly frustrating to use. It’s clunky, it’s slow, it’s completely useless half the time. I’m standing inside the building I work in and it tells me I’m out of my business location. What?! If I could give this app zero stars, I would. I can guarantee the people who gave it five stars were paid to do so or they were the devs of this app. It’s absolute garbage.
Editing to add new complaints: when I click “clock in/log in” I get a red bar across the top saying it cannot be completed. I have to crash the app to log in. Also, when I swipe to go to another day, it will either not swipe, or it will half swipe. Sometimes it will actually go backwards. It doesn’t keep you on the same day when you go back into it. If it’s Tuesday, the red bubble at the top on the calendar says it’s Friday the week before. I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall this app FIVE TIMES in the last WEEK because it refuses to work. The entire development team needs to be scrapped. Seriously, START OVER! There’s no saving this horrible app. I can’t say it enough. It’s garbage.

Crashes and new version sucks
My work requires this app, it’s honestly the worst system I’ve worked with in my whole 16 year career. It crashes CONSTANTLY
And the new version does not let you look at your own totals. I could care less what the shop makes.

Annoying bugs and crashes
I’m a massage therapist in a busy spa. I need to write notes, check tips, check intake forms, clock in… the app constantly crashes, glitches, deletes nots, doesn’t have landscape mode… it stresses me out at an already stressful job.
Horrible update
The new update is actually horrendous. I work at a massage and facial facility with clients who deeply care about the provider. They are seeing the section for requests is now teeny and can easily be missed. Secondly, there’s no way to check for people who have canceled same day. Another flaw is you cannot tell the difference between aestheticians and massage therapist anymore in the booking area. It’s extremely slow and does not load. It’s all big bold text gets lost. I loved the old zenoti and i appreciate zenoti after working with a competitor of mind and body booking system but this new update guys is not good . It was perfectly fine the way it was . Now the car payments are in a different section and it’s no longer user friendly .

By far the worst booking service I’ve ever used as a cosmetologist over 20 years, the hotel spa I now work for uses it and therefor I’m forced into using zenoti. PLEASE HELP, please make your app better for providers. This is clearly a problem for everyone. The app is horrible the web version is horrible. Take a look at square, gloss genius, vagaro- there are soooooo many ways to make your software user friendly! Takes notes, please help us!

Nurse Injector: awful app for charting
My medspa has decided to use Zenoti. After using it for almost 4 years, I am still frustrated with this app DAILY. It’s constantly freezes, logs me out, and doesn’t have any charting friendly pre sets and it is FAR from being intuitive. If you have the choice to not use this app: RUN. As far and as fast as possible.

Lazy app
I’m annoyed and fed up at this app and its lack of updates, you can’t edit notes, login and login resets are rubbish. Whoever designed this app is so lazy. It’s been years and nothing’s changed. I’m sick of this rubbish we’re forced to use for work.

Since Nov 2024) are 1 star. Yes that’s now 9 months. The app is utter garbage. Used to constantly logs us out. Now teases us n constant spinning wheel while it decides if/when it is going to actually sync data and be functional. Utter trash. Totally unusable. Absolutely useless. In the time the wheel keeps spinning I can reach for laptop and log in to the desktop version and it’s more functional. Sack the developers n start afresh. 9 months of near unusabilty! Any other industry and this would not be tolerated

Terrible software
Absolutely terrible software, the app is super glitchy. Cant block out appointments correctly since the screen moves up when selecting time.
