Great app when it used to work right. Now when you click on a sound it crashes and takes you to your Home Screen. I noticed all my sounds are disabled and can’t figure out how to fix it. Hopefully the developers of this app can do something. I’d love to give it a 5 star rating.

Kicks me out
Every time I select a sound it kicks me out to the home page. Even though $1.99 is not a lot, the program should not have serious bugs
Wish the paid version worked
I enjoyed the free version and decided to upgrade to pro. After downloading the program, I try using it but the pro version blinks off and goes back to my home screen. It’s been like this for over a year. When will this be fixed??
Love it, but…
I LOVE this app, but it is extremely annoying that I cannot simply click on my custom sound and have it play. You can’t click on ANY sounds and they just play. If this bug could be fixed, I would rate five stars, because it is an amazing app and I use it every night to assist in sleeping. Somebody please fix this!

Paid Version crashes
Not sure what happened but the paid version crashes. You need to click the Zen icon and create a mix. I agree with the another commenter, and only found this work around because of them. Please fix the crashing, it does get annoying
Doesn’t work
I downloaded the free version and had issues as it seemed like there were no sounds. I’ve been paid for the pro version, and still don’t get any sounds. Based on the reviews I’ve seen, I’m not the only one who’s had these issues. Please fax as this is clearly a waste of money at this time.
Crashes routinely
I have experienced the same trouble that others here have reported: the app loads fine but any attempt to select a sound (which is, of course, the entire point of the app), it crashes.
Liked it at first
I really enjoyed the sound of thunder but when I purchased the App. I thought more would become available but just a bunch more that are locked

My daughter loves this app but she just upgraded it and every time you click on a sound it closes out
Waste of Money
I was so looking forward to some new sleep sounds so downloaded this and paid $1.99. However I have not been able to use it since the app shuts down as soon as you click on a sound. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and rebooting my device....nothing works.....so my advice is to not waste your money.

Do not waste money on full version
The full version crashes and it would seem they have no interest in fixing it or else the company has gone out of business. The free version still appears to work though.
Ap no longer works
After the last update, this app and Zensong - earth no longer work. I paid for both of these apps and am incredibly disappointed that my money was taken for apps that is seems the developer is no longer concerned about fixing. I did attempt to contact them on Twitter, but it seems they have not had much activity since 2016. I doubt anyone trying to reach them will have very little luck.

Authentic sounds
There are lots of good nature sounds apps. I like the variety of sounds on Zen and how real they sound. I use it for sleeping every night.

When I get on the app, it works, but when I press on a sound, it brings me to the home screen of my iPad. Please fix this. It is very annoying and I had to ask my mom for money to get this app. I know it will be good if it didn’t crash but please fix this. I have the regular one but I want more sounds but it crashes whenever I pick a sound please update to be compatible with the newest update on IOS please I will give 5 star when it is fixed😁

App doesn’t work after update.
The app worked great until I updated it this week, now I click on it, and it just disappears. It appears the only way to contact customer service is by Twitter which I do not use, which is ridiculous.

Crashes? Potential workaround
I use this app every night to help me sleep. It works great. But recently it’s crashed every time I tap on any of the sounds.
For those experiencing this issue on the paid version, you can tap the Zen logo at the top to create mixes. If you add a mix and just play the sound you want, it will work without crashing. Still frustrating that it doesn’t work outright, but at least it’s still usable.

I just want it to work!
I just paid for the full version, but should have read the most recent reviews before I did. It doesn’t work. It closes when you try to play one of the sounds. Please fix this.
Free version played but paid version isn’t playing.
I was able to listen to all the sounds in the free app using voiceover. I bought the paid version and now I can’t get it to play. Hopefully you can help me figure out what went wrong. Thank you. This is a five star app if it starts playing again.
