Finally something that works for my children

I tried a number of parental control apps and this was the only one that actually solved my son’s moodiness when we hit screentime limits.

The breathing exercise he has to do when he opens an app he’s hit the limit for has actually calmed him down and he’s been sleeping earlier and spending more time with our family
