Full of bugs
This app or its system is full of bugs, I bought this system a year a go, but still no improvements. I even made a complaint and they replaced all the devices of the Zeon smart system. but still the problems are the same. for example:
1- door sensor: when door is opened I receive a-lot of notifications some times over 90 notifications for the same action and late.
and then again many notifications after closing the door.
All other sensors are the same.
2- the delay time is 0.1-5min, which means that many times the notification for closing the door will come after 0.1-5min from leaving.
3- the same story with other devices. big delay and many notifications for the same action.
4- the IP camera dose not record unless you open the app and record manually.
5- which means if someone entered the room I will receive late notifications, and when i open the cam I will see nothing. smart isn't it??😅
I think the problem is in the app or its server. I hope it will be fixed. but if not , it will end up in the garbage.
