Map issues
I have encountered a number of issues where the maps have been purchased and downloaded but some do not show in the viewable list. I have removed and reinstalled the app and repeated the map downloads no avail. Two support requests to the developer have remained unanswered.
Use it all the time even in the car😉
I love this App it helped me out a lot especially on my 2R2 direct KCRG trip
1 HUGE problem
I would have given a 4 or 5 star review, but the problem with this app, is that the most recent charts available for purchase are 17 months OLD!!! That is pretty crappy.
Also it would be nice to have a "Build a flight plan" option.

Nice while it worked
I have had Zephyrcharts for almost a year now. The display is great, choice of maps is substantial and it will even work with an external GPS. I use(d) mine with a Bad Elf - nothing like having a realtime display of your position on a chart while flying. I say "used " because when they upgraded for ios7, it somehow disabled my ability to display my previously purchased charts or to download newer charts ( I do not plan to upgrade my iPad mini to ios7). Only 2 stars because the app is now useless to me and will be deleted.

Not too good
Downloaded a database and whole app crashed, had to delete and
Re install. Now it wants me to buy database again. No Way !

Great sectional
I use various apps that cost numerous times more than Zephyr charts for flight planning . The accuracy and zoom level clarity of the charts is the same level. I generally use Zephyr however for reference when flying.
Brent has done a great job with this app. Other than sometimes noticing the charts are expired this is a first rate chart.
I'm very happy with it and do recommend for per and actual flying reference.

Very Useful
We use the Apt as a supplement to charts and other Nav-aids. we find it very easy to use, and works well in the cockpit when we have a good cell phone signal...
Super app
Using on an iPhone. Better than the Garmin! Simple and sweet, shows where you are on your favorite chart. Thanks for not bloating this app with too many features that distract from this. Well done. Buy this!
Two suggestions:
1) Can I get the choice of a smaller "bug"? The cute planes are a little big.
2) At least on an iPhone, landscape mode loses a lot of the chart to the top and bottom menus. This is probably not an issue on an iPad.
