Why does it take so long to retrieve charging data from vehicle, does not work
Misleading pricing. App crashes and support is not helpful
Charges differ from price on app for charging. Support says it’s a glitch with the app but will not adjust charges. App crashes and have to force close and reopen multiple times to get station to start and stop. I will not charge with them again.
Does not show stations
I am unable to find the stations at my building.
