The readings, of all paramaters are wrong no way to calibrate them, I don’t know if it a problem from the scale or the app, but the only thing I can trust here is weight changes, no matter how much water I drink a day it never meets their goals, no matter how much protein I take it doesn’t meet their expectations either no matter how much weight I loose is never fat, no matter how mi h weight k lift daily the only thing that goes down I muscle mass and bone mass

Stores Data of Other People
The app saves the data of other people in my family while my app isn’t open. It ruins all the stat and I have to spend time on cleaning everything up in other apps that sync this data.
Not working at all
Like usual, you have to create an account with personal data only to discover that my MiBand does not pair with it.

No updates for 9 months
Sleep tracking improved a little around mid-2025 but has gone totally crazy since iPhone iOS 26.2. It was never as accurate as Fitbit or even an old app I still use. My Mi Band 7 rates in the Low to Low-Mid range by The Quantified Scientist on YouTube, well below most serious, competitive devices. Even the Mi Band 6 rated better and newer Mi Band devices seem to actually be getting worse at sleep tracking. Mi Band seems to pay little serious attention at keeping the device up, with only 4 updates of the app in 2024. Who knows what, if any, software was updated on the devices themselves. The degradation in sleep tracking occurring after Apple iOS 26 has me considering a switch to another device that is cared for better. Speaking of care, Customer Care has literally been non-existent over the many years I’ve owned Mi Bands 5, 6 & 7. I have written with questions or suggestions at least 3 times over the years and never even received the courtesy of a reply - not even a robot automated one. Mi Band seems to be falling into the ranks of the Cheap Toy Trackers, unfortunately.

Issues with accurate time
It used to keep accurate time when I fell asleep. Now it is off by several hours. It will say I fell asleep at 10:30 when I fell asleep at 8:30.

La app no tiene modo obscuro, fue lo único malo que detecté en la mañana cuando checas tu información se derriten tus ojos. Funciona bien en mi band 4.

Unable to connect to my Amazfit watch
I'm encountering a challenge with my watch after the recent firmware update. It seems to be stuck and won't revert to the normal watch face, showing a message that it can't update. I've included a photo for reference.
I attempted to resolve the issue using both the Zepp app and the Zepp Life app, but unfortunately, neither was successful. I find the app a bit difficult to navigate, so I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter.
Additionally, my husband's watch is experiencing the same issue, and it would be wonderful to restore both devices to their normal functionality. Currently, I'm unable to connect my watch to the app at all. Thank you for your support!
