when I tried to use it for the first time, tried to signup using email, always give error message “FAILED”. I couldn’t use it.

I have used Zepp Soccer for the last couple of seasons to track players movement on the pitch but that abruptly came to an end with the app no longer working. I am sitting on 18 units that are of no use now. Hopefully the app will get an update soon but not looking like it. Buyer beware, as units still show available on Amazon

Apps been deactivated
Bought this product a few years ago, came back to use it and the apps been deactivated and no sign of a fix

App is ok, but it is no longer connecting the sensor
The app works on my watch , however I got a sensor recently and it always fails to connect to the app. Due to the app too old or sensor no longer supported?
Can’t login or create new accounts anymore
There’s a bug in the app where users can’t log in to an account or create new accounts. I can’t access any of my data or use the app, please fix this !!

Heavily out of date and can’t create a new login. Other reviews also suggest people can’t sign in anymore. Shame, looked to have potential.

Definitely needs an update as there is lots of bugs! The data shown in Personal Best doesn't seem to update when I achieve a new PB. My apple watch sync has only ever worked properly for the heat map ONCE and often stops/cancels tracking. Heart rate data never records. Sometimes the watch and zepp device data sync as different events into the app also which is annoying. Would be 5 stars if these issues were fixed, but I'm guessing it won't happen as the last update was years ago....

Love the stats, but missing and broken app functions
All of the stats provided are interesting, but we need the ability to compare performance: practice over practice or a game over game. The app provides the ability to compare one player to another player but not compare the player to themselves. Also when taking videos in game, the app exits whenever a video is shown. Also no functionality exists to download video from the app.

Kick (right foot) , speed , distance, works for me and for the price Very satisfied. But there is more accurate out there (not for this price)

Great App, (only gave a 1 start to get your attention) Heat Map stopped working, please FIX the HEAT MAP.
Zepp Soccer Apple Watch
When it works it’s great. Quite often unfortunately the app stops working, giving no KM’s run reading at all. There are also some infuriating times where the app ends the game you’re playing without you touching the screen, with no ‘cancel’ option you’re forced to either save a half-finished game or discard completely. (As it did last night)

Randomly deletes most recent match
On the past 3 occasions I have recorded a match on my Apple Watch, the match has been deleted in the app. It originally saved it as I have seen it on the app but then the app crashes and upon reopening the most recent match disappears.
Easy fixes could make so much better
Please update to allow for entering # of shots and # of goals after the game. Also, would be sweet if you could include approximate calories burned (based on distance travelled and weight etc.)

using with Apple watch, and it works great, except for a major flaw in the heat map feature...when editing to match up the field in the app after the game, the activity "target" overlays the aerial or the map at a scale that makes it impossible to properly line up the outline in the app to the field. you can't see anything but the colored activity rings once you zoom in!

Has potential if it actually worked
Nothing worked at all, played a full game and according to the app not 1 minute of football was played. No heat map, no calories, no heart rate 🤷🏻♂️ needs a lot of work for this to be an app worth downloading.
