About

You already know you should move more. That was never the problem. The problem is that "work out" is a big word for a Tuesday evening, and a 45-minute session you skip is worth less than five minutes you actually do. ZepSquat asks you one question: how does your body feel today? Rough, Okay, or Good. One tap. Then it gives you three moves that match that answer — and only that answer. Feel rough, and today gets gentler. Feel good, and it asks a little more of you. That's it. That's the whole app. HOW IT WORKS • One tap to check in — no logging, no journaling, no forms • Three moves, chosen for how you feel today • About five minutes, most days • Follow along with a real video for every move • Some moves count themselves — put the phone down and squat; it keeps track • "Done for today." Then you close the app and get on with your evening BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO KEEP PUTTING IT OFF No gym. No equipment. No floor work you can't get up from. Nothing you need to change clothes for. Move at your own pace, within a range that's comfortable for you, and stop any time. A STREAK THAT MEANS SOMETHING Finish your three moves and the day counts. Miss a day and the streak ends — we won't pretend otherwise. But come back the next day and you can bring it back. Your calendar keeps every day you showed up, and nothing you've done is ever taken away from you. WHAT YOU WON'T FIND HERE No before-and-after photos. No calorie counting. No leaderboards, no comparing yourself to strangers, no notifications telling you you've failed. Your records are yours, and we don't sell your information — not now, not ever. APPLE HEALTH See today in detail on the Health tab: steps, activity, sleep, heart rate and workouts from Apple Health. ZepSquat only reads this data, it stays on your iPhone, and it never changes your plan. FIVE MINUTES Not because five minutes transforms anything on its own. Because five minutes is short enough that you'll still do it on the day you don't want to — and the day you don't want to is the only one that ever mattered. — ZepSquat is a general fitness app. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. Talk to your doctor before starting any exercise program, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unwell. Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are linked in the app and on our support page.
