Ne mogu da se ulogujem

Na web aplikaciji login radi i nju mogu da koristim , ali na ovoj mobilnoj mi vec danima prijavljuje error code 1036, ne znam ni sta to znaci niti kako da resim problem.

Stvarno ne mogu da dam vise od 1 zvezde za aplikaciju kojoj ne radi login.
