Title: Fake Vacancies & Worst Hiring Process
The hiring process on this app is totally broken. The app instructed me to visit the DEL- Rajapur Khurd store for a Packman role. I wasted 3 days and my own travel money going there. The manager was on leave, and the store staff gave fake technical excuses about no vacancies. When your support team gave me the manager's number, he cut my call and BLOCKED me! Support admitted the manager failed to update the system. Stop fooling job seekers and making them waste their time and money due to your internal mismana

Whilst my login attempt, I couldn’t upload my documents or click selfie as this app doesn’t ask for permission to the camera in my Iphone. Please fix this issues asap because there a lot of students and people who use Iphones wanting to work in Zepto but don’t get pass document verification

This app is not working & struck with BSOD at document verification level or not even working when already registered using android phone’s Zepto delivery partner app. Please fix it or remove the app

Worst app ever we booked slots and we went to store they are saying ki we don’t have slots here please go to ask also they didn’t allow me to meet manager just watch man told to me this thing if we are raising our voice we just wanna meet manager we have some queries they are not allowing us to do

Fraud And App glitches
I am extremely disappointed with the repeated issues happening with your Flex app and warehouse availability system. This is now the second time I have faced this problem, and it is becoming very frustrating. The first time, I booked a slot and travelled all the way to the Mumbai Dharavi store because the app showed that work was available there. However, after reaching the location, I was informed that the warehouse had actually been closed for the past 7 months. This clearly shows that the app information is outdated and completely misleading. Today, the same issue happened again. I booked another slot for the Mumbai Mahim Zepto warehouse, trusting the availability shown in the app. After reaching there, the staff informed me that Flex work is currently unavailable because the HHD devices are broken or not available. This is unacceptable. Workers are wasting their time, money, travel expenses, and energy because of incorrect information and app glitches. If a warehouse is closed or work is unavailable, the app should clearly reflect that instead of allowing people to book slots and travel unnecessarily. Please fix these technical and operational issues immediately and ensure that warehouse availability is updated properly in real time. This kind of mismanagement creates a very poor experience for workers who rely on this platform seriously. I expect a proper response and action regarding this matter

Completely Unprofessional & Misleading Hiring Process
I had a very disappointing experience with this application and the overall hiring process. Almost every store I applied to claimed that there were no vacancies available, despite listings suggesting otherwise. It feels misleading and a complete waste of time for applicants who are genuinely looking for work.
On top of that, the behavior of several store managers was extremely unprofessional. The way they communicated lacked basic courtesy and respect. Instead of providing clear and helpful information, they responded in a dismissive and careless manner. Many of them simply said that only “flex” workers are being hired, without any proper explanation or guidance.
If there are no actual openings, the platform should not show active job listings. And if candidates are taking the effort to apply, the least expected is polite and respectful communication.
Overall, a frustrating and poorly managed experience. I would not recommend relying on this application for serious job opportunities.

Very worst i worked for more than 5hrs in person but no payout has been done i trued to contact the store manager but no response still i not got my money this is very bad

Inke pass resulation nahi hai kuch bhi chijo ka join mat karna flex ye log pahal bana rahe hai itna earning hoga utna earning hoga pahle inke jo monthly salary wale picker’s hai unko orders girate hai bad me flex associate ko high OPD stores me bhi orders nahi milta flex associates ko 2 ghanta baithke minimum guaranty 50 rs milti hai usme bhi agar kisi din orders ho gaye to ye log slot fail karte hai ek din mujhe orders mile inke pass in-house staff nahi tha uske wake se maine 4 ghanta login kiya aur lagbhag 113 orders nikale slots fail karke 0 ra earning di tickets raise karke bhi kuch fayda nahi paise nahi deti compony fraud hai

Unable to Login After OTP Verification
I am facing a problem in Zepto Packman app. After entering my mobile number and verifying the OTP, the app redirects me back to the mobile number page again. Because of glitch, I am unable to log in or proceed further in the app. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
