App doesn’t work
App crashes, everytime I try to download my photos or videos. It just kicks me out. Please fix this app! The concept of this idea is great but what’s the point if it doesn’t work!

The app is great when it’s working but when it starts crashing it’s absolutely miserable. The connection won’t allow me to even see past certain pictures before force closing and kicking me out the app. Even with disconnecting and reconnecting, deleting and reinstalling it fixes nothing. It’s very frustrating.

extremely difficult to use. is constantly crashing. yes it does work sometimes but only when you work with it for 10+ minutes. would not recommend.
App Keeps Crashing
i’ve deleted the app, restarted my phone, restarted the camera, forgot the wifi and reconnected.. the app just keeps crashing when i try to go download my pictures. i’ve had the app for like a year and have never had any issues before. hoping this gets fixed soon because i do love my camera.

Fix ASAP
The app is crashing again, it worked just a couple days ago but today it keeps crashing!!. I’m trying to download my photos and I did everything!! I reset my phone, reconnected to the WiFi from scratch, even deleted and reinstalled. It still keeps on crashing!!! Please fix. This asap! The app history says that this app was updated a year ago! Please update it again!!

Crashes upon opening storage
Crashes every time I try and open the album storage no matter what I do. Even forgetting the network doesn’t seem to help or deleting and reinstalling the app. Can yall update it or something.

I can no longer sync the app to my camera. Now I can no longer get pictures from the camera
I found a fix!
Seeing other people here with app issues - camera app keeps crashing and they can no longer download their photos. I tried everything but what finally worked: forget the Wi-Fi network used to connect you to the camera and then re-enter it from scratch like it’s the first time you’re using it. Fixed the crashing issue for me!!

This app is horrible????
Hello? Why did I even needa download this? It didn’t even connect to my computer and at some point when I searched up how to do so it told me do a factory reset and non of my photos on my camera would delete yet they still did. So not only could I not connect my camera to the app I lost all my photos 0/10.

This app helped me easily transfer my photos from my camera to my phone but now when I try to do it the app closes on me. Please fix it.
Good but needs to be fixed
I am trying to get my photos off my Camera, but the app keeps closing itself. I’ve already tried reinstalling it and it doesn’t work. I really have a lot of pictures that I need to send to people and I can’t get them out because the apps keeps closing. If this is an app issue. You guys need to fix it ASAP.

Can’t get it to work
I’ve had this camera for months now. When I take the photos they’re perfect. As time goes on, some become green and glitchy, and I can’t seem to figure out how to connect my phone to the app. It will not connect to the apps WiFi no matter what I try. Therefore I cannot access my photos that are slowly ruining. Don’t waste your time.
