No free features
It irritates me when an app makes you go through all the whole signup process and only to find out everything is behind a paywall. No thank you.
Only for if you can’t tell time.. support is useless
Pretty much will count zero out for good, signed up for a free trial. Wasn’t notified for renewal and was hit with a yearly price for an app this useless. reached out to support never helped.
They made it difficult to use.
It used to be pretty easy and straightforward, they made it to difficult and confusing now, Incant figure out how to start a simple fast now after they botched the interface, I’m giving two stars because they ruined my fasting app.

Really like this app it’s very helpful! Had it a couple years, but recently they added a calorie tracker in a snapshot, I love this feature! The only thing I would change is if they could show how they are allocating the calories to the individual ingredients, because sometimes they are off by quite a bit. I just go through and adjust where I can.

Scam
You sign up for a free trial but when you go to cancel, they make it so incredibly difficult. It’s almost impossible. I still cannot figure out how to cancel. They send you in loops never-ending loops that don’t go anywhere. It’s a scam.

Worst app ever
Honestly I feel like I’ve been scammed. They signed me up for the most expensive subscription after my trial and charged me a $135 for a family plan. Which is ridiculous this is a terrible app and is not ever worth $135 dollar please take my advice and never ever use this app they are robbers and it’s free app isn’t even worth it find another any other fasting app. This one is horrible and will take your money the worst experience I’ve ever had with an app on Apple.

Makes fasting easy
I love this app already. Anytime I think about breaking my fast I just look at the timer for some motivation. I would highly recommend for anyone struggling to fast.
everything is behind a paywall now
i used to use this app years ago and found it to be SO helpful to keep track of my fasts and how my body was during them. downloaded again after i had gained roughly 30 lbs from unexpected health issues and i can see basically nothing unless i pay for it. this is unfortunately not how the app used to be at all and was so disappointing.

New interface sucks
Since moving functionality and ease of use behind the Zero Plus paywall the app has become difficult to use so I will be deleting it and moving to something else.
Look at What You’ve Become…
I’ve used Zero for years because it’s simple to use, but over the years I’ve noticed the escalating efforts to sell a Premium subscription which I understand from a business perspective. Today was the final straw, I couldn’t log a fast without agreeing to a free-seven day trial that I would have to consciously cancel in time if I didn’t want to be charged for a subscription plan. I really dislike this gotcha approach to tricking customers into buying something that they don’t want let alone removing the ability to say ‘no thanks’. Some of us just want to enjoy the solidity of the timer which no longer appears to be possible with this app. Very disappointing.

Only stupid AI for food tracking
Literally the only way to count calories is by using their stupid AI bot that gets it wrong half the time

Removing features from your members that have been with you for 6+ to make them subscribe is disgusting.

App is just like any other tracking app. Most you can get for free. This one costs $70/ year and I don’t even use it. Can’t request a refund. The app says to contact Apple. Apple says not refundable even though I don’t use it even after the one month trial. Used it for like 2 weeks
