Used to be so much better.
This app used to be so much more user friendly. Unless they revert to an easier way to set and track your fasts I'll never go premium again. Sometimes change is just change. It doesn't make it better.
You must subscribe to do anything
Horrible app. Forces you to create an account and give all the personal info then won’t let you do anything without a paid subscription.

Wanted simple app without forced option of payment
Wouldn’t recommend this. The focused payment for free trial is unreasonable, no back options to close the page, closed app and opened again payment option pop up, terible app 👎👎👎👎

Can’t get started as I’m In a continuous loop between bank app authorization and zero offering different trial periods…..
Great app, with issues
By and large a great app, but has some issues that the team needs to address (doesn’t read Apple Health data it has access to; instead forces me to do enter exercise and food intake info I’m already entering in other apps). Also needs a feature where when you break your fast, it gives you a countdown to next fast based on the previously selected fasting program (with options for how obtrusive you want the notifications).

Stop marketing as a free app if that means a 7 day trial followed by payment that’s not free.

Zero star was not an option.
I’ve used the free version of Zero since 2021 and was recently hit with a $69.99 charge for a subscription I never knowingly signed up for. Let’s be honest: this app isn’t remotely worth $69.99 to begin with, especially when there are plenty of comparable—and better—options available for free or far less.
What’s even more disturbing is that I’m far from the only one reporting unexpected subscription charges. There is a clear pattern of complaints from users experiencing similar issues.
Be very careful with this app and check your charges. I certainly won’t be using it again.

Not free anymore
Has a Paywall…
No button to start a fast
What happened? It used to be so easy to start my daily fast with a simple button. Then the option moved to the + menu, but after the latest update, the option to start a fast is gone. The UX has gotten worse with the updates.
Find a different app
I used zero for years on and off. Started fasting again recently and learned you can’t see ANY HISTORY AT ALL now, even your previous day’s fast, without paying for their “premium subscription.”
Why should I pay $10 monthly for a timer and my own fasting history? Zero is going downhill. Find a different app if you don’t wanna be irritated.

Zero App
The Zero App was a significant part of my weight loss journey over the last year. It held me accountable to my self. The in App challenges are a great daily motivator!
Zero is a clickbait teaser to get you to buy zero plus
Zero gets a zero for a teaser rate and then forcing me to pay more in zero + to get the promised features. Bad practice.
No free features
It irritates me when an app makes you go through all the whole signup process and only to find out everything is behind a paywall. No thank you.

Pretty much will count zero out for good, signed up for a free trial. Wasn’t notified for renewal and was hit with a yearly price for an app this useless. reached out to support never helped.
They made it difficult to use.
It used to be pretty easy and straightforward, they made it to difficult and confusing now, Incant figure out how to start a simple fast now after they botched the interface, I’m giving two stars because they ruined my fasting app.

Really like this app it’s very helpful! Had it a couple years, but recently they added a calorie tracker in a snapshot, I love this feature! The only thing I would change is if they could show how they are allocating the calories to the individual ingredients, because sometimes they are off by quite a bit. I just go through and adjust where I can.
