Still Not Working
I waited over a month for an update to fix the ZeroMouse 2.0 issue of no notifications and keeping my cat locked out of the house even though he has no prey. I am now realizing that it’s the hardware that lasted only two months. Two hundred Euros down the drain. I am not even going to try to contact customer support since it’s almost nonexistent. I would advise people to avoid purchasing this product.

Still Not Working
Again,this update did nothing to fix the notification issue on IOS and capture any photos. My cat is having a harder time getting in due to this issue. The item thinks he has a prey and he can’t get in. It takes him a minute or two until the door unlocks….m
