The stuck driver screen. Fixed properly — the active job now refreshes on four triggers instead of none: the 8-second poll, returning to the app (including the native signal that wasn't wired up), the upload queue emptying, and an optimistic step-forward so the screen can't jump backwards. This also fixes the job not clearing when the customer confirms delivery — same cause. "Get help" on every step of a live job, both sides. Offers call and email, and carries the tow reference into both. The last unclickable help numbers on the driver's job screen and the website.
