Haven’t been able to use the app all year
Been receiving error messages and not once been able to open the app.
Unusable
We get this as a benefit through an employer. Today, I felt like I really needed to use it for the first time. The app doesn’t even let you enter the promo code to create an account. No matter where or how many times you tap, the prompt to enter the code will not appear. You can even scroll the page around like a pop-up on a website because it isn’t formatted properly. Thanks for nothing.

Garbage app full of bugs
Signed up for this app to find a doctor after moving. I receive nothing but errors. The error message dialogues have obviously never been tested because their gigantic icons literally cover up half the text of the error message. And on top of that it claims that there are no in-network doctors within 100 miles of my employer or home. It’s a complete garbage app that does nothing correctly. The glowing 5-star reviews are obviously fake and just meant to try and promote features of the app.

Error after error
Worst app ever - error after error trying to connect to server. Gotta try multiple times until it finally lets me in; then repeat all over to navigate from one part of the app to another.

If I gotta email support for blocked account for the one time I use this app in 4 months, then I got a problem with that.

Works great, But.....
I think it works great, but the chat feature does NOT notify you that you have a reply. I went 30 minutes before I saw a reply. I do not like that I had to stay on the app to see replies.
Great for busy professionals
This app and service has made making an appointment so much simpler. I can now manage my healthcare on the weekends because of the app and consierg team.
Best app ever
This is by far the best app and most useful one as well. I've used it twice in last 2 months when I was to sick to see a Dr. They are very helpful. In a scale of 1-10 they are an 11

I've utilized their services multiple times, every nurse I've interacted with shows nothing but the upmost respect and concern for my well being- they even contacted my insurance company to find me a doctor while I was traveling. For me, finding doctors and scheduling appointments is a daunting task. Using this app for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of use and quick response time.

Such a helpful app!
My employer has provided Zest Health as a health benefit and so far, it has proven extremely useful and easy to use! I had made an appointment that I needed to reschedule, and thought of it while I was in a meeting and after just under a minute requesting the task through the app, it was submitted, and then within 30 minutes, I received confirmation that my appointment had been moved! I haven’t called the nurse yet, but I’m sure with a 2 year old, this is going to come in very handy!

This app is the best tool I have to help me understand and navigate my health benefits and healthcare needs all in once place. The concierge care team is friendly and supportive when I call in and their help really saves me time scheduling appointments. It used to take me 3 phone calls to find out where I can get the most cost-effective diagnostics, one to the provider, one to the insurance company and one to the doctor's office...now its just ONE!!!

Very helpful, easy to use app!
Just started using Zest through my employer and made my first appointment with the app. It was probably the easiest process I’ve used and I was booked an appointment with a click of a button. Very easy to use and helpful to know my plan benefits whenever I need without having to dig through paperwork.
