FAQ
What makes Zetlist different from other checklist apps?
Zetlist prioritizes displaying your entire list at once, unlike many work-focused apps. It offers extensive customization for text size and row spacing, ensuring readability for tasks like grocery shopping. The app also features robust voice input in thirteen languages and a unique sharing mechanism via compressed links.
Can I use Zetlist offline?
Yes, Zetlist is designed to work entirely offline. There are no servers or accounts, meaning your lists are stored only on your device. This ensures your data remains private and accessible even without an internet connection.
How does Zetlist handle voice input?
Zetlist supports voice input for adding, deleting, checking, and unchecking items in thirteen languages, with commands tailored to each language's grammar. It bypasses external assistants, processing commands directly on your phone. If unrecognized speech occurs, it's offered as text for manual entry.
What customization options does Zetlist offer?
You can adjust four text sizes and four row spacings, independently for your list of lists and the items within them. A live preview in the settings sheet lets you see changes before applying them. Zetlist also respects your iPhone's Accessibility > Larger Text settings.
Is my data safe with Zetlist?
Absolutely. Zetlist has no accounts, no servers, and no analytics. Your lists never leave your phone, cannot be read by anyone, and are not collected, tracked, or measured in any way. This commitment to privacy is a core feature.
How can I share a list from Zetlist?
You can share a list by generating a link that compresses the entire list's content, including order, check marks, colors, and bolding. This shared link is a copy and does not require an account or server. Anyone with Zetlist can receive and open these links.
Does Zetlist have ads?
No, Zetlist is completely ad-free. The app explicitly states 'NO ADS' in its description, reinforcing its commitment to a clean and uninterrupted user experience.
