Worst tech
Everyone in our end of trip has had an experience of lockers not opening due to this app. It is not a technology required and is not beneficial to the locker user. The system has been patched and fixed many times since installing yet more and more people have abandoned the use of the lockers. It may not be the app but the overall locker system but it is not reliable and not functional .

Only works occasionally.
This application on numerous occasions has not opened. As a result I have had to go into the office in sweaty riding gear or gym gear. Great idea if it worked properly.
Terrible
More times than not the lockers don’t open, useless system.
