Absolutely helpful
For having to use public transit for a number of years, it’s extremely helpful for when you don’t have cash at hand. The overall experience is good, though it can be confusing if you don’t know what you’re doing. So for Older people, I’d recommend having someone to help you .the only critic I have is that you can’t add more destinations to the “trips” but I transfer buses to get where I want to go, and it limited to one bus.

I cannot log into my Michigan Mobility Wallet. It is not VoiceOver friendly for a blind person.
This app is not very voice over compatable, the log in screen won’t let you log in or input your information. you still have not fixed the login screen to make it blind user-friendly.

Clinton Area Transit not being available anymore
I know they will still pick me up and take me to where I need to go from calling the office but I used this app to not have to wait on hold to schedule rides but now the app says I’m not supported after having no problems scheduling rides before.
A bug that is detrimental
I have a ticket with Clinton Transit scheduled for tomorrow but unfortunately I don’t have a shift that day, I want to cancel the ticket but it says I am aboard the ride despite the fact this is a ride scheduled for tomorrow, extremely disappointed.

This app keeps crashing whenever I search for an address when I’m trying to book a trip this is not acceptable, especially if you’re needing to get somewhere.
