Amazing, lovely, beautifully designed app that is very convenient and to my high standards. It is cueless, cashless, contactless and very easy to use and helps me since I have a problem with germs and don't like to carry cash on me or pay with anything other than my phone.

The app was pretty nice but now I can’t get it to open. Completely unusable.
What’s with all the 5 stars?
This app is ok, but it’s hard to use and information is not clear or always reliable. Like right now, it shows the “real time” information of a bus that’s not in service this am. There’s a red exclamation point in the corner, which it clicked says it’s not in service, but the grid shows all the stops as ‘on time’ anyway. It won’t show the next bus coming for that route either. Sometimes the slider dots for eastbound/westbound etc don’t show up when they should, so you can only see one direction of the route. Maybe it’s my city? Maybe it’s because I didn’t make an account? Maybe it’s the app? So tired of making accounts.

Worthless on multiple levels
A fantastic combination of a bad interface that is dificult to use, incorrect information about bus stops that don't actually exist, and it constantly crashes. It also pushes Uber and Lyft over the TARC bus system. The fact that this replaced the city's previous transit app is everything that is wrong with the government. Reading the other positive reviews it is clear that they are all fake and is concerning.
