Awful UX in iOS
Version 7 in iOS is shockingly bad for UX.
It has no search, and you can’t even see the titles of the drops in the Home folder.
I have thousands of items in my account from 6+ years of being a user and I can’t be expected to scroll through endless 2x4 grids of thumbnails without even a title on them to find the link of the one I need to send a client.
It’s the same with the desktop app. At least there I can quickly launch my browser but you can’t even log in via web in iOS, it forces you to download the app making the entire service I pay for USELESS ON MOBILE.
I don’t care about storing my screenshots or photos. I care about accessing my stored items, and in iOS it’s currently impossible.
*I’m using an iPhone 15pro with the latest iOS and zight versions as of this review.

Terrible customer service
I have sent two emails to Customer Service and two video emails through their system because they said that would get a faster response and I have gotten nothing. And this has been in the last five days. All I want is my account to reflect what I paid for when I purchased it via App Sumo. And that hasn’t happened.

Worthless for years on end
Black screen on open. iOS 26.1. Fools. They make tens of millions a month and don’t have the brains or talent to get a simple iOS app to work? Worse forces you to login 100% of every time you ever open the app. Time vampires. Makes me sick. You deserves less than zero stars

got to trim screen capture
read about Zight and downloaded due to review saying a screen capture may be trimmed and edited. I am unable to edit screen captures with this product.
Where’s the sound
I got this app to record videos with sound SOUND and it doesn’t record sound
Desktop Version Stability
I have owned this software for years now and the desktop app has many issues that cause it to crash with the only fix I can ever use is to uninstall, download again and reinstall. Probably once per month at least

Hi! I just got Zight a few minutes ago and I was screen recording Kawaii world and when I checked the video, it shows black. The only viewable part is the one on my Home Screen. My dad told me that some apps are restricted to videos and cannot be recorded. I would like to know, what apps are allowed to screen record with your app?

Fix the login, man
Its been years and the login process for email/pass is 3rd world. Cmon.
Useless
Tried the trial and could never try it as it never uploaded video…always showing uploading. Deleted from phone due to inability to actually use it!
Time kills all apps
Loved this app when it was first released and as time went on it just got worse. Not worth the download. There are better options
FAILS @ Nearly Every Function except…
You Get What You Pay For! Zight on my iPad Pro does ONLY one thing well - adding items from my Photos app. I have removed it twice from my iPad and reinstalled it, no change. Plus it does allow me Delete. I have read more than once its instructions, which provided no solutions. I want it to record my screen with sound. I want it to allow video clip editing. I want it save clips to iCloud/Dropbox/or an IPad folder. Almost forgot, play a video afterwards FREEZES! Gotta Move On!
