A little buggy!!
Enjoyed using the app but it’s showed that my dog has been 80% of its full size for 4 months now. Unless it’s due a massive growth spurt out of nowhere!

Good app and learnt a lot
The app is good, the lessons, FAQs all great. The walking information is awful and can never be relied on. Last week it was saying my 7 month old god needs 2 160 min walks, this week it says 2 25 min walks. This isn’t an isolated blip, but happens all the time. It does create doubt and makes you double check other info with other sources

Inconsistent messaging from coaches
I like the structure of the app but have pretty much stopped using it after a ‘coach’ told me it was unrealistic to expect my puppy to stay alone at four months old and that it is like sending a toddler to college. That my puppy might not be able to be left alone until he is 10 months old! This flies in the face of all other training we have received and certified trainers have told me this is bananas. We have basically abandoned the app at this point. Some of the content we got through was good but

I’m so tired of apps NEEDING a subscription service. It’s dumb and unnecessary. Make apps free again or at least just have a free trial limit where you can only access like three lessons a day, and not make it to where you get one free lesson and then have to pay. Spent more time making my account than I actually got to learn before it demanded my money. 🙄

Doesn’t work.
It let me make an account but I can’t get past the “choose your breed” question. There are none to choose from.
Day to Day help with puppy
Zigzag provides detailed and timely information for training my puppy. Plus, I can reread and calibrate the lessons.

Must have for Puppies!
I looked at many training items before I brought my puppy home and this app is amazing! I’m so impressed with all it does. The free version gives you 3 lessons a day and the difficulty gradually increases. Without it I wouldn’t really know what to do and it’s been great to have the gradual increases.

Missing bred
My did is pure breed English Shepard. You have every version of Shepard in your list but English.
Was working great but now I don’t see anything
Was using this app to train my puppy and the lessons and content were great. I also subscribed for the year. Suddenly as of today, content seems to have disappeared and a lot of pages display nothing. Please look into this and fix it soon!
Breed Choice Not Working
My husband and I both tried to download this app and select a breed. The app doesn’t recognize any breeds nor does it give options to choose from.
Highly do not recommend.
App just bugged out in the first initial use while making a profile. It gets stuck on the put in your dog breed page. Doesn’t pull up any breeds. I reinstalled, deleted all data, tried with wifi, tried on cellular data. I shouldn’t have even tried all of that. If an app freezes up first page I wouldn’t spend money on it.

Terrible app
One of the worst apps I’ve used. It’s inconsistent, doesn’t keep my information, and they provide little to no customer support of any value. I would stay away from this app.
