My puppy is quite easily responsive and this helps me to elevate and advance his training. There’s things I didn’t know(after having dogs for 50 years) that I wish I’d known before. Very pleased with the results so far.. from a very happy puppy mummy xxx

Great customer service, great app
Having bought a puppy from a reputable breeder I was given a pack of paperwork which included a years free access to this app. I couldn’t get it to work so emailed Zigzag customer services. Within 24 hours I was contacted by Lorna from Zigzag who after claryfying 2 small points granted me full access for the year without any problem. She was efficient and polite. Thank you Lorna. I have used the app since and it is easy to use and full of great advice and information. I would definitely recommend both the app and the organisation behind it.

I was seeing if it took an 8month old puppy as an example and it only said that it is born December 2025, and that it’s only 5 years old please update this app

Not great for sharing
My husband downloaded this and paid for it. He got a family code for our puppy so I downloaded the app and entered the code. It then asked me for all her details again (except her name, which did pull through), and wanted me to pay for her training plan as well. It doesn’t track what training SHE has done we can each only see our own sessions. I’ve deleted it, now.

I love the zig zag app very much. It gives me lots of good advice on how to handle Stella the right way.

I really like this app, the articles are informative and straightforward, making training easy. I also like the images for the training modules.
I adore it!
I explored all of the major puppy training apps, and fell in love with this app’s design first. It’s just adorable! And, the most modern/updated. The “growth update” reels are so great. Then, I really enjoyed how they lay out the trainings, and found small bits of info that I just…liked better…than some others like Woofz. The journey paths are well laid out and have really helped me pace our training with my new miniature dachshund. My family is into it, too! I like the family share feature. Finally, I tried the “ask a trainer” chat feature today and was blown away at the quick and genuine/real reply. I don’t know what I expected but perhaps a more….AI/automated response? And it wasn’t that at all. Emily J. Gave me real, hands-on tidbits of advice I could use right now. Not huge plans that overwhelm, or copy/paste stuff. Real, use-case based help. I’m impressed!

Good concept, makes it stressful
Having a puppy is the most stressful experience, and this app made it anxiety inducing. Whilst the lessons and training ideas are great, there’s so much on there it says you should complete at different puppy stages you feel overwhelmed and anxious constantly that you’re not teaching your puppy enough. After 3 weeks of being so anxious and stressed out we decided to contact an actual dog trainer instead and have never looked back. There is so much information online and in all honestly a lot of it isn’t necessary!! Focus on the basics, and if there’s something you’re struggling with contact a dog trainer local to you instead.
