Zikzo: Bounce Climb

Tap where you want the ball to land. That is the whole game, and it is harder than it sounds. Zikzo is a one-thumb climbing game about precision and nerve. The ball bounces twice on a step before it breaks. Two bounces is all the time you get to read the next step, aim, and commit. Miss the landing zone and the ball sails into empty air. THE STEPS FIGHT BACK Early steps are wide and forgiving. They stop being either. Narrow steps punish a lazy tap. Red steps give you one bounce instead of two. Purple steps slide out from under your aim. Blue steps stay invisible until you are almost on top of them. Long ledges look like a rest until you notice what is patrolling them. AND THE FLOOR RISES From level 5 the screen scrolls upward and never stops. Hesitate and it takes you. Every level starts fast and finishes faster, so the last steps of a climb are always the tense ones. DODGE WHAT HUNTS YOU Guards patrol the long ledges and knock you off if you linger. Devils fly the gaps between steps, so time your jumps around them. Later, rocks start falling from above and the only answer is to keep moving. FOUR BALLS, FOUR ANSWERS Fire Ball smashes through and carries you two steps in one move. The x10 Ball launches you ten steps up at once. Magnet Ball saves your next three taps even when you miss. Heavy Ball slows every bounce and buys you an extra one. Learning when to grab each is the difference between level 40 and level 140. 200 LEVELS, 8 WORLDS Midnight, Ember, Deep Sea, Nebula, Jade, Sunset, Frost and Void. Every 25 levels the whole screen changes colour and the climb feels new again. Three gems are hidden in every level for players who want more than survival. FALL, THEN DECIDE Fell on step 47 of 53? Spend coins and continue from exactly where you dropped, or start the level again for free.
