Glitchy and not enough pixels
Wild to me that real estate agents show up outdated cameras not planning for high resolution photos on televisions in 2025.
Why this app still excludes rental properties no clue since none of us can buy a house. You think their market would mostly be with people who rent right unless they just don’t want to make it easy for you to move on your land landlord.

Cool idea. Awful execution.
Love the idea idea but the execution is not there. Photos are terrible quality.
Just opens iPad app
Only a few listings have the 3D panorama feature, and it just wants you to open the Zillow ipad app otherwise. The panorama quality is also very low.
I’ll use Rocket Homes for Vision Pro instead.

Basically an Alpha App
Without any real search abilities this is just a proof of concept. Considering Zillow already has search it seems crazy that this doesn’t
Why?
It is useless for really searching for a house to buy for all the reasons that have been mentioned. I could excuse this if they were showing some great new way to view houses, using the attributes of the AVP, but it doesn’t. There is nothing that isn’t done in the website or iOS apps, so my question is “why does this exist?”

Search?
No search option? …really?
Great app, but…
I really love this app and how immersive and true feeling it feels. My only gripe is when choosing a state to look at houses you can’t choose the city. Once they add filters to this app it will be outstanding!
Deleware???
It’s Delaware. Not Deleware. 😕
Inadequate Experience on Zillow App for Apple Vision Pro
My recent experience with the Zillow app on Apple Vision Pro did not meet my expectations due to its poor 360 immersion feature. The blurry and oversized appearance of everything made the experience disagreeable.
Despite my past positive experiences with Zillow, I find it hard to recommend the current version of the app for Apple Vision Pro users. I urge the Zillow team to improve these issues. I look forward to updating my review when improvements are made. To the Zillow team, your users deserve better. Please take action.

Useless
Can’t search for homes in my area, homes that I would actually be interested in purchasing. 3-D images are nice, but they don’t fill the whole screen so they’re basically also distracting and not very high-quality.
Great concept execution not yet done
Being able to tour the 360 images and see the floorplans is really cool, but the scale is off and the resolution of the images is just not there. The floorplans are really great, but I want to be able to tilt them so I can see them from the top down with some more work, Zillow has something truly impressive on their hands.

Nice attempt to pour execution
Well, the app is fun to explore and look around, there’s no search feature, so you can’t even look around your area just your state. Kind of defeats the purpose. You can’t be in the browser and launch the app from the house found.
Quality of photos is terrible
I applaud Zillow for being one of the first large companies to embrace the potential of Apple Vision Pro. It’s the PERFECT use case for a company like Zillow. However, it’s too early. Zillow needs to invest in better cameras and a better process. As it stands the photos are too low resolution for the Apple Vision Pro. Also, the perspective is laughably poor. It’s like you’re an ant looking up at gigantic furniture and rooms. The whole thing actually put me off some of the listings that otherwise I was very interested in. Zillow should have waited till can invest in upgrading its cameras.

True Life Size needed
Needs to be true life-size period. 360 effect is great, but the images are too large
Not enough search options
It may be that this app is still young, but there is not enough search options to make it usable. You basically only have the option to search the entire state. No option to search a map and no option to search for city. Once this gets implemented, the app might be usable, but in its current state it is not.

Good Concept
The idea is really cool. You can currently immerse yourself in a select collection of homes. When this becomes standard, there will be no better way to see the home outside of visiting it yourself. However, the lack of homes to look at, mixed with surprisingly poor quality photos prevents this app from having any current practical purpose. However, I’m sure it will be better with time.
