What happened to being able to add our on tags to saved homes?

My husband and I used Reese Johnson for our recent sale of our manufactured home in grand Rivers Kentucky .. We give Reese Johnson five star’s he is very knowledgeable very friendly and caring. We had a problem with the refrigerator. I didn’t have to drive out there and take care of it. He took care of everything for us. When I am looking for real estate I will definitely contact Reese Johnson.

Tags Option Missing
Was able to put description tags on my favorites but tags and the option to add them are completely missing. For example, I could add custom tag for listing saying ‘no covenants’ or ‘has well’. There needs to be a way to add tags and or comments that only I can see for my favorite listings.

You get absolutely nowhere with this app as far as customer support with any issues
Report a listing is non functional
I noticed a few listings where a property that has been listed for several days but consistently shows as a 1 day old listing. Similarly the sale price on the listing has been revised multiple times but the listing is able to hide that from the history. “Report a listing” link on zillow takes you to a help & faq page. REALLY???

Terrible app to use for updating and selling
Screwed over by AI again. Won’t recognize zip code to list home. Updating is an horrible experience. I have tried to list property for sale for weeks and the “review team” is working on it.

Zillow is prejudice
Every time we look at the house how to buy a house and we talked to a realtor. They always say the house is on the contract. Then you see the house back home Zillow then when you try to apply for it, they say it’s on a contract is it a racial thing or they think you’re poor?

Excessive and repetitive notifications
I’ve already adjusted my settings for all notifications. The most annoying part is that I’m getting “recommended listings” for something that I have already saved. It’s unnecessary, excessive, extremely annoying, and makes up for seemingly 90% or more of the notifications that I receive. Please fix this ASAP. If this is intentional, well, I’ll just bite my tongue on how that would make me feel about you…but, I think you get the idea.

No way to report fraud listings
A listing showed up on my feed today that shows a home that does not exist at the address it is listed at or even in the town it claims to be in. The Report Listing link goes to general help and there is no way to report this specific listing as fraud. Customers trust that Zillow listings are real listings and it is clear that Zillow does not care about customer safety and preventing fraud. It is allowing fake listings to be listed and even promoting them straight to my inbox. DO NOT TRUST ZILLOW LISTINGS TO BE REAL.

Bring back the commute distance filter
Bring back the commute distance search filter. Why was it necessary to remove this? It makes it difficult for me to find a home in the right area.
Overstated Acreages.
Zillow does well with the exception of allowing some major overstated acreage figures. This makes the acreage sort worthless. This could be fixed easily.
Doesn’t work that great
Set up your preferences and wait for the emails to send you houses that fit your criteria. Yes but the app doesn’t do that it sends you anything within the area but not within your preferences!

keeps logging off
the app logs me off daily now. Doesn’t matter if I log in with email and password or via google - it still logs me off next day again. Very frustrating.

Zillow sticks to the postcode I’m looking for a property. I love using Zillow.
