I’ve been experiencing several frustrating issues with the iOS app that have significantly impacted the browsing experience.
Property details won't open
When browsing the map, I can tap on a property and the preview card appears, but tapping the card does nothing. I can't open the full listing page. This happens most of the time, although occasionally it works. It seems like the tap interaction is broken.
Bottom property panel becomes unresponsive
The bottom property panel often cannot be expanded or dragged up at all, making it impossible to browse listings from the current map view.
The listing panel refreshes too aggressively
One of the most frustrating parts of the app is that the listing panel constantly refreshes whenever I slightly move the map. Even a small pan causes the list to reload and reorder, making it very difficult to keep track of properties I'm interested in. It feels distracting and disrupts the browsing flow.
I would really appreciate:
A fix for the unresponsive property cards.
A fix for the bottom panel interaction.
An option to disable automatic refresh while moving the map, so listings only update when I explicitly tap a "Search this area" button.
Zillow has one of the best real estate databases, but these UI issues make the app much harder to use than it should be.

Whoever decided to disable click and navigate the address option is - insane and pathetic
Extremely frustrated. My favourite app is now nothing but a stress and disappointment.
Disabling one of the most helpful futures? So brainless .
Each house I was interested in I could simply press and hold the address and easily navigate, now it’s impossible to do . It’s not even frustrating it’s SO BRAINLESS and AWFUL . Now it’s a horrible app

As you can see from the pictures in the app, they shamelessly market the app to the 1% of the woke market.
You broke your app on the latest update
You cannot select house details from map mode.
Can’t find my rental

This app is great, but it only works half the time. Very frustrating.
Used to be good.
Used to be good. Now that we can’t copy addresses for commutes, property appraiser etc it’s of limited usefulness. Not to mention ticks me off after all the years of this useful feature. Already not wild about their privacy policies and don’t get me started on the price fixing in real estate. Boo Zillow!

You used to easily be able to copy a homes address straight from the app but the latest update 7/15 broke that feature

I don’t know what’s going on with this Zillow app I used to be able to highlight an address and my iPhone would give me the option to go to Maps. It’s not doing that anymore. That was one of the was because it had that functionality
Hate New AI Features
AI is notoriously unreliable and is killing the environment why would you ruin a perfectly good user interface with the purple slop button
Weird design not able to exit the chat
Once I enter the chat page I'm not able to exit; there is no “X” or any option to close the chat window
Gone downhill
Recent updates, allowing listings that aren’t even for sale when looking for a home smh it’s become a Craigslist of homes and rentals, can’t report incorrect listings anymore.
Glitchy and worsening
I’ve all but stopped using Zillow because of the glitchiness of the app. Listings won’t open. Scrolling through the map freezes. It is disappointing to see this app go downhill so fast.
No way to report deceptive listings
I used to be able to report listings that were misleading or deceptive- in my area, listings will often show up as if they exist in a more desirable town than they actually do.
Now, when I click on the report listing button, it opens a general help page.

Poor Customer Service
Zillow is not reliable! It has been reporting incorrect information for the two properties that I own and I’ve tried sending an email through the Zillow app and no one will respond to me OR correct the information! Poor customer service!
Cant open any listings after update
After update the app is completely worthless - can no longer click to open ANY listing
