Love app-please update
Love the app but it keeps on crashing every minute please release a new version that actually works
No human support - no new music added
When reaching out via WhatsApp for support you communicate with a bot that’s poorly programmed and gets you nowhere. Barely any new music Added recently. Canceling subscription.

I am very satisfied with the product. I am dissatisfied regarding communication with the company. For example, my subscription price increased in May from $6.99 to 9.99 - and I got no notification in advance of the increase.

Constantly crashes
Deleting this app. Too many crashes and now it stops playing after 45 minutes unless I want to upgrade and pay for it. No thanks.

App crashes
Concept is good, but the app crashes and buffers way too much, I’m gonna ask for a refund on subscription
Can’t switch from one track to another or another song
Terrible app performance and tried to work with support but no one helping there besides AI, I guess will switch to 24/6 app

Great but needs a revamp
I really enjoy the app but for the betterment of the product and usability, please make the app a faster and smarter. The site takes a while to load and keeps crashing. The search engine yields far fetched results first and the content that matches the search are listed on bottom or missing entirely.
