In serious need of offline version
When no internet connection is available to receive or input information from this app. It causes both bothersome confusion and hassle to one’s daily tasks on getting our job done in timely manner.

We found it quiet difficult to manage issues that used to occur during shifts but with Zip Shift Book, we can now easily monitor employee efficiency and customer service to help us tackle problems if any.
Clunky and keyboard issues??
App is a great concept and overall layout is okay. I’m really struggling to understand why there is not a full feature iOS keyboard?? Can’t use predictive text, doesn’t auto capitalize. Really hard to type notes and adds log items. :/
