Excellent in-hospital communication
Lots of findings needing receipt confirmation from a physician or other ancillary staff member. This app is impeccable for that. Saves so much time and my support staff is happier too, not having to fax as many reports or get doctors on the line. Now I can save those for truly critical rather than important findings.

Best Medical communication App
It was a marvelous idea to have something like this to make it convenient for medical personal communicate and protect patient information! I love the fact it is HIPPAA compliant ! Ability to send full information during sign out or checking on patients condition with nursing and other staff goes a long way ! love it and wish it gets widely used !

great design, filling a niche we need
this is a great app. the hipaa compliance factor at first isn’t a big deal, but it becomes huge when the compliance people and/or legal teams start showing up. integrating this with the big emrs is the next logical step and this platform is better than most at accomplishing that.

Love this app!!
Super user friendly and as simple as a text. I am so thankful when I need to communicate with a doctor and know they are one who uses ZipDoc! As a nurse, it makes my job that much easier than having to stop, go to the nurses station, page and then wait, all the while hoping the doctor got my message. This speeds up the entire process of communicating the patients needs.

Long time user, very satisfied!
I’ve been using this app for a while now and really like it. It has stream lined my transition of care from Hospital to SNF and Dialysis units. I also use it to continue treatments in the clinic that were started in the hospital. The option to have social workers and case managers on board really help getting patients assigned to dialysis units and post hospital clinic appointments. My group has three inpatient physicians, one NP, one out patient physician, and an office manager. We can all communicate at the same time regarding a patient without me having to make several phone calls. Overall I’d say this app has greatly improved the care we provide. I highly suggest of for small to medium sized groups like mine.

Transitions of care in real time
The first user friendly HIPAA compliant app I’ve come across! As a case manager, I am able to communicate with various disciplines in the hospital setting. I am able to do discharge planning right from the app. Notifications happen in real time. Not only do you see the dictation, you can also listen to the sound bite where the doctor or other specialty dictates straight from your phone! No 800# to dial in, everything is done right on the app! It’s a great tool. And it has made my job a little easier to follow through with transitions of care for my patients.

Excellent App
I've used several HIPPA compliant apps and this one is by far the easiest to use! Really nice interface that facilitates patient care painlessly across multiple specialties. It's nice to be able to see a patients history immediately at the time of consult, saving me endless time and frustration while formulating a treatment plan!

Great stuff
Been in search of a secure messaging app to provide for my group and some colleagues invited me to ZipDoc. What we like so far is that it’s fast to send chat messages and the ability to send transcribed messages to consultants. We definitely feel more efficient in our day.

Clinical setting. Easy to use and reliable method of communication, especially since dealing with PHI. I could definitely use this at the health plan level. Clinicians are not always easily available and this would help communicate patient related information securely and quickly.
