It literally doesn’t work
So.... this app is the only way to legitimately watch channels you subscribe to online. If you go straight thru the channel, say ESPN, Zito is never listed as a provider on their lists. There are 12 million other providers you could have who allow their subscribers to access channels straight thru the channel's site, but not Zito. Instead they forced you to download their own app which literally does not work.
If you have any other options for providers, I would consider them first for this reason alone.

This app needs bug fixes, bad!
Whoever created this program, needs to continue to work on updating it. It freezes up and pauses in the middle of a program every so many minutes, which is extremely annoying. The app is even worse installed on your television streaming equipment. The freezing makes it almost impossible to watch. This can’t be blamed on my Wi-Fi speed. I have many tv program apps installed on my phone and television like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, IQIYI, YouTube and NONE of those freeze up when watching a program. Zito Media ended their cable service and forced their customers to start using this app. Well the app is extremely flawed. They will lose business if they don fix this app soon.

Useless
I was finally able to log into the app, but now nothing happens. Cannot use.
iOS update bugs
Something happened to the app after the last iOS update. Video keeps pausing and jumping around. The ability to go back during live shows and the ability to go forward and back during recorded shows is gone.
What’s the point?
Why bother with this app on your phone or iPad if you can only access TV in your home? It is worthless anywhere else.

It turns out that the massive pixelation was only on a few of the local stations. The basic cable stations were working fine on both devices.

For this app to work you need to have a reliable internet provider which Zito Media is not. Steer clear!

Login successful, then it just stops. I thought Zito would be a good internet option since I could add this feature to the TV. Nope. I wish I had picked a different provider. This app is worthless.

This app is the worst ever from the worst ever cable “provider”
The worst app I have
I have this app on both my iPhone and iPad and they both are useless. It takes a while to load. It always load with errors. Once I do get in it will only work for a few minutes before I get the error that it cannot load the channel I want. It works slightly better on the Ruko. I have another cable company app on my iPad with a small number of cable channels and that app is FAR better than this one.
