Deleted Melbourne, FL

I had been using this app for months. All of the sudden I am no longer able to find, nor access and set up appointment appointments at the Melbourne, Florida location. I still pay for an active membership here and nobody in that office can tell me why the app is no longer working. The website is not as convenient as the app was.
