Zillionaire number
The app Often doesn’t recognise the zillionaire number (even though it’s already there in the app) so doesn’t apply the 25% discount on click and collect orders. That’s a lost order 3 times for us 🤷♂️

Poor service
Still cannot get in the app. Replied to emailed response about it but no one has come back me after a few months. Same issue as others app gets stuck and can’t proceed.

We had a lovely meal at Zizzi. The food was delicious, the service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back!

Visit to Maidstone Zizzi’s
I go to Zizzis Maidstone a lot. Booked a table for our anniversary on 17 May 2026. The restaurant was reasonably busy but service was ok! No pasta crisps! Everything was as it should be, but the bloke in charge (dressed in black) was a bit prickly! The other chap was much more helpful and our waitress (should have asked her name!) was brilliant. No hot chocolate!

Basics don’t even work
Try to login, account with this email doesn’t exist. Create account account with this email already exists. Even sends reset password link but then says account doesn’t exist when try to reset it.
