Crashes every single day
I don’t think I’ve ever used software this poorly made. I’ve been using smart locks for six years and this is the only lock I have ever purchased that I have to factory reset it every freaking day. If they can’t get a fix to this app I’m going to buy another lock and I will never buy from them again. The whole point of having a smartlock is to be able to control your house and how can I control my house if I don’t have any records because I have to factory reset the lock every day
