Cant get total approval
Don’t get this app!!!!!!! They will let you only transfer crypto currency’s in to their app but if you try to transfer to your other wallets, they won’t let you and they won’t let you transfer your money back into your bank! Robinhood has been the easiest platform to buy stocks and crypto currency.

When you buy an asset your asset will be frozen for 5-10 days. They don’t tell you this up front and there is no warning or messaging during the purchase. If you buy an asset like BNB to trade for another asset, you will not be able to trade or withdraw your BNB for 10 days!!!
Where are my coins!
Cryptocurrency is extremely time sensitive! I am attempting to withdraw BNB to my trust wallet and it says suspended, losing out on 180% gain because of this issue!! Fix immediately and this app would be perfect.
do not use
I’ve literally been pending an Identification background check for the last week and it won’t even let me retry to send my info again just says pending . . I guess you guys pick and choose who you let trade ???
still haven’t been verified
I was trying to send money in USDT to another wallet but I was getting an error saying that I have to wait 10days for some verification. This is extremely inconvenient and a huge disadvantage and now I have to wait two weeks to get withdraw my money ! Don’t use this app unless you want to wait forever to take your money or to send it to someone! I contacted the support team last night but I still haven’t heard from them back !! Hope that European version doesn’t have these problems.

My account has been pending for almost a week. I’m assuming once I start using this application I will have the same issues with delays. Not getting a good feeling about this service and looking for other options :(

Approval takes much too long
I disabled my account temporarily and after following the steps to reactivate it the only reply I get from the support team is "Do you still need help reactivating your account?". I tried contacting support multiple times with no response. I wouldn't recommend this app, I'm just trying to get my account reactivated I couldn't imagine how bad it would be if I had issues getting my money out.

App stinks
"Try to get verified, it tells you your address doesn't exist over and over. Reach out to support, no response. Go back weeks later to try again, it sends you in circles entering sms and email codes to get back into your account.
Not verifying identity
ID verification has failed 8 times. My drivers license is valid, and I’ve uploaded it through the website, the iOS mobile app, and the Andrọid app, all efforts were unsuccessful. I’ve emailed support twice and only received automatic responses directing me to a page where I can read more about ID verification...or could, if it wasn’t a broken link 🤣

Not happy
"Not only did they screw over my brother by selling off his cryptocurrency when he put his money into dogecoin causing him to loose thousands of dollars they also locked my account and won’t verify me, do not use this app unless you enjoy having a huge headache and unnecessary stress that will cause your hair to fall out early, Verification takes an eon to go through and that’s not even guaranteed that you will even get accepted, if they decide the information you send them isn’t sufficient then you will have to go through it again and keep in mind sometimes the waiting process to get verified takes months and they use a third party source to verify you so you don’t know who sees your sensitive information that you provide them such as your social security. Money & trading locked up randomly
Tried to create an account. After four weeks it’s still pending. These people are obviously not serious about making money. Stay away from them

I created my account almost a full week ago. Submitted all the information required and still I have yet to be given access in order to trade/buy. It has forced me to use a competing app in order to fulfill my intended wishes. Not a good look for the company/app. Terrible business
Mission to get approval
I have been waiting for well over a week in pending having my information “reviewed”. I have put everything in correctly and now it just sits there unable to be used. It’s frustrating because I see opportunities passing by. Maybe other platforms will be faster in there approval process.
Identification confirmation....
Still waiting for the verification process to be completed. It’s been a week. don’t think you will get help from customer service. it takes them 4 days to respond to your emails only to ask if you still need help
Pending status
Although somewhat in their infancy with the .us domain, either they don’t have enough staff, too many new US accounts, both, or some other issue that leaves new accounts unfortunately waiting and waiting..... In their defense, they do state it could take 15 days to verify. So plan accordingly.
Review process
If you use this app, be prepared for all your crypto to be in permanent limbo, unable to buy, sell, or withdrawal. You can deposit, but from there you can plan on having your crypto held hostage until whenever they decide to verify your identity. Expect no real response from support to resolve the issue. Form email responses and you can bet I’m ticket #6 billion with this issue.

Taking forever to get id approved
I have deposited money and now my money is locked it’s been 4 days and I was trying to make a purchase that I’m no longer interested in making. I simply want my money released back to me. This is not a user friendly app and seems a bit sketchy
