Cant get total approval
Don’t get this app!!!!!!! They will let you only transfer crypto currency’s in to their app but if you try to transfer to your other wallets, they won’t let you and they won’t let you transfer your money back into your bank! Robinhood has been the easiest platform to buy stocks and crypto currency.

When you buy an asset your asset will be frozen for 5-10 days. They don’t tell you this up front and there is no warning or messaging during the purchase. If you buy an asset like BNB to trade for another asset, you will not be able to trade or withdraw your BNB for 10 days!!!
Where are my coins!
Cryptocurrency is extremely time sensitive! I am attempting to withdraw BNB to my trust wallet and it says suspended, losing out on 180% gain because of this issue!! Fix immediately and this app would be perfect.

I’ve literally been pending an Identification background check for the last week and it won’t even let me retry to send my info again just says pending . . I guess you guys pick and choose who you let trade ???
still haven’t been verified
I was trying to send money in USDT to another wallet but I was getting an error saying that I have to wait 10days for some verification. This is extremely inconvenient and a huge disadvantage and now I have to wait two weeks to get withdraw my money ! Don’t use this app unless you want to wait forever to take your money or to send it to someone! I contacted the support team last night but I still haven’t heard from them back !! Hope that European version doesn’t have these problems.

My account has been pending for almost a week. I’m assuming once I start using this application I will have the same issues with delays. Not getting a good feeling about this service and looking for other options :(

Approval takes much too long
I disabled my account temporarily and after following the steps to reactivate it the only reply I get from the support team is "Do you still need help reactivating your account?". I tried contacting support multiple times with no response. I wouldn't recommend this app, I'm just trying to get my account reactivated I couldn't imagine how bad it would be if I had issues getting my money out.

Mission to get approval
I have been waiting for well over a week in pending having my information “reviewed”. I have put everything in correctly and now it just sits there unable to be used. It’s frustrating because I see opportunities passing by. Maybe other platforms will be faster in there approval process.

Still waiting for the verification process to be completed. It’s been a week. don’t think you will get help from customer service. it takes them 4 days to respond to your emails only to ask if you still need help
Review process
If you use this app, be prepared for all your crypto to be in permanent limbo, unable to buy, sell, or withdrawal. You can deposit, but from there you can plan on having your crypto held hostage until whenever they decide to verify your identity. Expect no real response from support to resolve the issue. Form email responses and you can bet I’m ticket #6 billion with this issue.

Among the worst customer service out there
Tech support is a Joke. Uploading my identity verification was not working so I contacted tech support. No response until 3-4 days later. The response I got was “do you still need help with this” to which I relied yes.. a week later still nothing. I found a different way to submit identity verification and it’s been over a week and it’s still pending review.. what a joke.

Verification process is terrible
I have had my money in here and have not been able to move it for weeks. The market goes down and I’m stuck. I have submitted everything to be “verified” drivers license bank statements bills and nothing has happened. When I email I just get an auto response that has nothing to do with the question. They have basically stolen 20k of my money that I can’t move withdraw or even touch.

Identify verification creating issue
This is one of the worst ways to buy and sell coins. From the verification process to the buying and selling of coins to the withdraw of your cash/ coins it just takes forever from hours to days yes I said days. Everything about this app is frustrating! Save yourself from the stress. And don’t even get me started on the $15-30 trading fees they sneak into all of the transactions it’s just not worth it

Address Verification takes too long when setting up a new account
I’ve been waiting over 2weeks for my account to be verified. Can’t make any purchases. I’ve missed out on opportunities that I could have profited from, but I’m stuck waiting. Submitted my id and proof, etc. still waiting

After checking out the app, the rates, and the services. Things looked good. I then waited over a week for my approval, got zero responses from customer support, and when 8 days later I finally got approved, I couldn’t buy. “Confirm” button isn’t clickable no matter what I do. I wish they had actual customer support, but it seems this is just a great, feature packed option that is so overwhelmed with a terrible user experience, zero customer serve, and an app that does work.

You can’t login - it errors out
My account still hasn’t been verified after a week. I’ve sent customer support messages and only received a canned response. I have a friend who tried to set up his account the same day as me and he is also still waiting. ZKE had my account approved in a matter of minutes.
Approving your personal information
The website told me I was verified and all I had to do was upload proof of address. As I save a pdf of my bank statement they now are saying my identification is waiting to be verifie, even though I had already received an email saying i was complete. Now I have a feeling the verification will take days and I’ll have had to reASŌn to make an account on this platform at all. All around trash app/website/customer support.

Hold on my funds, not able to withdrawal
I lose $25k with this company. As soon as you make a large deposit or build up a sizable portfolio they will restrict trading and ignore your support tickets and emails. Just take a look at their Twitter feed. There is a Reddit group threatening a class action lawsuit.
