The app won’t connect to my ZD421 - just briefly flashes a message that says “ The printer is busy or does not support this type of printer”
I am able to connect and print a test report using the setup app, but not for actual labels.

The app doesn’t connect says printer is busy or does not support this type of printer. I am able to print test labels from the Zeb series app so not sure why this error!!!
