App stopped working
In the last week the app stopped working and now this device is useless. I can’t access any of the features because I can’t connect to the device now. Truly frustrating after such a long wait to get it in the first place and having work normally for over a year.
Early in app lifecycle but generally ok
Obviously early software and that’s fine, would be great to have a setting to automatically turn the light off a set time after the end of a sequence? App operation is not that obvious but you can figure it out!
Device is good, app doesn’t work
The schedule feature doesn’t work at all, which is the main reason to buy this device…
Make an update to turn off light when alarm end
There’s no way to turn off the light automatically when the alarm ends. I don’t want to keep the light on all day.
App doesn’t work.
Lights didn’t change on the sleepbox when it was scheduled to change. Renamed each difference schedules but once I closed the app...all them got changed back to default name ‘Schedule’. What a waste of money on the sleepbox when it requires an app to operate it and the app doesn’t even work!
Does not follow user settings. Sleep disrupting
Will not obey user settings. Will not turn on and off using app button. Has reverted to sleep disrupting bright ugly magenta light at all times that will not turn off. Destined for the garbage pail. Deleted and reinstalled app, tried alternative device, unplugged for a day and restarted. Still defaults to ugly bright magenta light . Does not respond to off button nor any user settings. An expensive magenta night light, but no other reliable functionality.

Needs an automatic turn off
It’s a nice light, but sometimes I forget to turn it off during the day. Seems like this app should include some sort of automatic “off” timer so you don’t waste electricity or the life of the light.
Needs a lot of help
My light turns on at random times throughout the day and night. You have to manually open the app to turn it off. The scheduling function works for the most part. But if you delete a programed schedule, the light continues to turn on at that previously scheduled time. I have tried unplugging and resetting my box, deleted the app, etc but my box continues to turn on at the previously scheduled times even though those schedules have been deleted. There is also an option to set a default light color. This option appears to do nothing because my light is never the color I chose.

Scheduling function doesn’t work properly
The scheduling feature never works right. It turns on with the wrong color and brightness. It sometimes turns on earlier than scheduled, or randomly when there’s nothing scheduled. Once the light is on, it won’t turn off by using the app, and your only option is to unplug it. So disappointing.
Awful
Arrived a year late, cheaply made and fell apart and worst of all - app just doesn’t work. Shame on the “creators”
Can not enable Schedule
I can not enable the schedule. As soon as I click “Back” link to get out of the Schedule page, it disables the schedule. Going back into the Schedule page shows all my schedules disabled. What’s the point of the app if I can set a schedule to wake me with the light?
Useless so far ....
So far , the app is completely useless and hence the device is useless. It won’t save my scheduled alarms and I cannot save the brightness of the light in those alarms . I hope they fix it soon
Ugh disappointed
All I wanted was to have a light that gradually gets brighter. Why is there no end brightness setting option?
