Zero customer support
Bought multiple products using the app and even subscribed for a recurring delivery, however the support from the customer service team is non-existent, you wait for days to just hear back on where your order is and if you will ever receive it

I like the fact it takes out the daily trip to the store where asbIbpick up more than what I actually need so it saves me not only money but time and calories with it being sugar free. I LOVE IT!!!

ZOA is the only energy drink I don’t feel weird after having. Not only that but the dedication of the team at ZOA is A++. I own a gym and meal prep business in Chicago and they interviewed me on the Fuel Something Bigger tour. Just them doing that tour alone is amazing in itself. It’s the only drink I recommend to clients and the only one I like for myself.

No Support and Misleading Ads & Mailers!!
There is no support inside the app and ZOA sends out emails that say discounts only via the app but no discounts. Scam and reported to Apple.
